R1 and R2 should swap their positions for p3 braindead positioning. It makes absolutely no sense why R1 is positioned closer to the boss and R2 away from boss, if ultimately R2 is going to be moving back to the party and r1 has to move to outside. This is just unnecessary movement for zero reason.
