  1. Tbh I don't think Youtube Gaming is going to take off for most people. From what I can infer, it'll probably have the same problem Youtube already has of established channels being more promoted by the site than the rest and not many people being able to grow as a result. Twitch is unique in that fact because of other factors coming into play such as emotes and it still being a site that has more room to grow. With Youtube Gaming, think of your subscriber count as followers on Twitch. Only a few Twitch accounts have over a million followers, while Youtube has thousands of channels with that much, and many that are reaching the double digit millions too just in the gaming department alone! I've known many people, myself included, who have struggled to gain a following on Youtube just through videos and I don't think being able to stream on a site people were originally drawn to for video creation and promotion of said videos is going to help much with that. That all being said, it could have features such as less delay and such that Twitch does not have and in that sense it could be better. We are still in the very very early stages of the development of this system and only time will tell whether or not it proves its worth, but i'm not holding my breath for anything right now as it is, and I'm also not ruling it out completely either.
