<p style="text-align:justify;">➣ born in the year 1962 the 21st day of September—he was given the name Tennessee Dean Richards. ( His dad almost named him after Johnny Cash and George Jones but he didn't like the sound of George Cash )<br><br>➣ parents are Dean Richards and Sherilyn Richards, née Valens<br><br>➣ He grew up where he was born, the small community of Berry Hill in Davidson County in Nashville, Tennessee<br><br>➣ His house was on a hill across the street from the state fair and he spent a lot of his childhood going each time it was open. His favorite ride is the spaceship. He always ended up covered in sugar from funnel cakes.<br><br>➣ A lot of his memories of his mom are at the fair and their house at 628 Benton Ave, Nashville, TN 37204<br><br>➣ Sherilyn was a stay at home mom but was considered unstable for most of the time she was alive<br><br>➣ Tennessee shared the same "insanity" that his mother had but he was more capable of processing it differently without letting it consume his mind<br><br>➣ Tennessee goes by a nickname given to him by Sherilyn. She would often sing "we belong together" ( he had assumed the robert and johnny version ) but she said she liked the ritchie version and that's why she called him that—which he would later learn she meant the Ritchie Valens cover.<br><br>➣ When he first heard the song in 1987 he cried like a baby for the first time in years, especially when he saw the name Ritchie Valens tied to it. To him, it was like his mom was using the stars to talk to him. It was a special message from her in his mind<br><br>➣ Ritchie first started to glitch in 1967 when he was five years old, it was quite literally what would help drive Sherilyn insane<br><br>➣ His mother committed suicide in 1973 when he was eleven. She claimed a man was haunting her—which he would later learn had been his own adult glitches making her lose her mind. Sherilyn had enough of the "apparitions" and took sleeping pills to never wake up again.<br><br>➣ Ritchie became obsessed with finding out more about the glitches of dimensions. He kept tapes and a journal, the only things that never disappeared from his timelines. <br><br>➣ He started the "Static Files" in 1977 and devoted most of his time to the paranormal and cryptic studies<br><br>➣ The Static is what he called the place where his soul went when he would glitch in and out of a dimension before the timeline changed<br><br>➣ Sherilyn never came back in any timeline, making her death permanent to him eventually<br><br>➣ He met his first doppelganger in 1979 and it threw him off so much he glitched and stayed in the static for a week straight<br><br>➣ The same year ( 1979 ) he became obsessed with the Vinyl Mansion and Talis Falls—the demon realm and its portals<br><br>➣ He started travelling in 1983 at twenty one years old to find out more and eventually started an illegal radio show where he'd talk to whoever would listen in whatever state he was currently in.<br><br>➣ Tennessee went missing in 1989 in Pecos, New Mexico after becoming too absorbed in the preternatural and conspiracies<br><br>➣ He still lives but he is trapped in a time loop between 1962 and 1989—sometimes he'll glitch into the modern world. Usually the 90s and early 2000s but the environment with technology doesn't give him enough energy to glitch into it. <br><br>➣ All of his files were found in the Vinyl Mansion where Julian Avalos now resides. Ritchie learns that Julian is the reincarnation of Victor Kavinsky, the previous owner of the Mansion ( who committed suicide there ) and he thinks that Julian's soul is tied to the demonic energy in the house<br><br>➣ Ritchie can't find a way out of the loop and assumes he'll be trapped there by Talis for his remaining existence except for the minor glitches. He always comes back to the odd town<br><br>➣ Julian and Ritchie share the theory that Ritchie isn't the only person stuck in the town. It has a high tally of missing people. It even earned the name 'Pecos Triangle' as it has a history of bizarre vanishings and a pile of missing persons cases.</p>
