COSAB v61.5 List/The Ultimate Bug List

Stolen from Tik Tik's old list.
General:
Bijuu Bombs has too fast of a charge time for that much damage.
Multi-Shuriken jutsu deal waaay too much damage at close range.
Timer based transes (Kmaru/Yin/Ult Sus/Hiramekarei/Hidans stuff) go onto the next round timer wise. This results in alot of random shit.
Kyuubis no longer fire Bijuu Bombs apparently, and Kyuubi users can walk into another Kyuubi users Kyuubi. Ugh.

Heroes:
Neji's rotation is buggy, if he subs while in it he is crippled until he uses it again. If Demon Brothers chain him while he's in it he is crippled and invincible  and he cannot get out of it.
Neji's can perma stun to death if he lands his 64 palms in the air and spams the teleport with melee.
Jiraiya keeps his toad drain yet Kamui drain is removed, plus it deals like 50 damage which is bad enough that he has AoE spam.
Temari is too spammy, especially with no way to avoid her scythes once she knocks you up.
Kiba's Tunneling Fang still does not work.
Anko's Cursemark doesn't take her Fire Release: Dragonfire off of cooldown.
Anko's Venom Mark stays on permanently.
Adult Naruto's kyuubi is indestructible.
Kyuubi Chakra Clones are more aggressive/stronger then Rikudo Clones-- wtf?

Villans:
Sasuke's chidori senbon does not make his lightning charge go away.
Sasuke gains Fury while in CurseSeal mode.
Sasuke's Kirin has no CD and it instantly refills his Fury bar.
Kabuto/Kabutomaru's 5 is garbo, costs chakra he doesn't want to spare (esp in Kmaru), limited ass range, impossible to tell someone when your doing it, get called a TKer for doing it, all around bleh.
Kabuto's Orochimaru DNA Extract has no CD and isnt a single target aoe.
Tayuya's Genjutsu op as shit. Pls add a cooldown to it but buff the duration by a second or two.
Kidomaru's Kyodaigumo Cooldown carries onto Sticky Goo Armor when he exits Cursemark.
Ginkaku keeps his word upon reviving (not the word seal, but the word).
Oboro and Aoi have invisible icons for casting (Aoi should use his umbrella icon, fly into the air like before, cool asf)
Menma's Kyuubi can be destroyed easily with projectiles.
Rikudo Madara doesn't clear dim on losing Rikudo (bugging round).

Akatsuki:
Kisame's shark projectile can heal from dead bodies.
Konan's discs are hard to destroy without projectiles and crazy OP.
The Peins can hold their Path Switch prompt and use it despite it being on CD.
Nagato's overcharge is permanent so he can stay in it and switch paths with permanent stat boost.
Animal Pein has no actual cooldown of Crab (spam chameleon to do so).
Asura Pein's Overcharge removes his cooldowns.
Asura Pein can spam Jet Charge to keep overcharge on, and his self-missile doesnt overcharge him correctly (gives hp regen, no icon, no bonus effects on jutsus)
Human Pein has no icon for his soul detection dash and its a long asf dash (mainly used for running, detection part is bleh)
Hidan can hold a Judgement of Jashin prompt from last round to stack double as fast in round by comboing CD's.
Hidan can heal from melee'ing teammates.
Kakuzu's Wind Armor trap still targets dead bodies.
Kakuzu needs to have his armors switch by pressing A like Nagato and Monster Form by holding it for like 2 seconds instead of prompts.
Kakuzu's Underground Arm Traps hit dead bodies as well as living people.
Kakuzu in his Water Form can heal from dead bodies.
Itachi can toggle Mangekyou even after Sharingans normal duration ends.
Jutsu Absorb does not absorb walls like it says in Nagato's desc.
Itachis clone can double explode if meleed.
If Zetsu has a body or DNA trans, he doesn't appear as a survivor after Infinite Tsukutomi.
If Zetsu copies Deidara, they both gain fury from each others explosions.
If Zetsu copies 2nd Mizukage it disables 2nd Mizu's jutsus.
Multilifers like Kisame or Itachi ignore Infinite Tsukuyomi, and maybe Tobi (Kakuzu definently ignores it).
