- Ive been having issues with my phone and was not able to follow up due to excessive amounts of technical difficulties. That also caused issues with my LTB meeting that was held on May 22nd 2024 @ 9AM i went to both the Ottawa Civic Hospital as Well as the General Hospital. Ive reported a cyber incident online and will be following up with the claim in regards to my devices causing me technical issues.
- I guess ill have a community centre take calls and save messages for me due to phone issues. I was already aware of them not receiving the package I have been in constant communication with my doctors clinic and will be following up with them to see if there is any change at all.

- also i was under the impression they had 90 business days to review the package information has there been no development in the past 30 days since your initial message ?

- 30 days since then its like they're just messing with the paperwork to cause delays and problems for me bet they didnt even try to do anything about it due to the other issues im involved in

- thats why they want to make it harder for me to respond or be responsible with phone issues that dont make sense since being on ODSP makes them have to be transparent with other people watching me they need me off odsp to be able to do anything

- temporary odsp worker tryna make it look like im not the same client on odsp 🤣 like im not with monica as my primary due to some weirdo tryna file odsp for me and me applying myself since they thought I wouldn’t be smart enough to do it myself but when i did they had to cover thier own tracks by making me look like a fraud im psyched since i have a fraud report case file number should be open since 2019
