Professions can't be leveled past 450

Tailoring Profession Issue:

I believe this to be the root cause of people getting a tailoring profession. Once they give the npc the required 5 gold, they are taught the following spell regardless if they have Tailoring or 2 completely different professions:

Problem: Item could lead to lag due to the adds that it spawns which seem to never despawn, the use of the item is on an 8 second cooldown though.
