The SF Modest is looking to be around 120 ish keys, so from above, the 157 key sale has resold for ~90 keys ish
Given this, I am inclined to exclude both those sales and take 122 flat

Buy orders for the CBubbles Salty are a bit wacky, sleepyhead seems to have been raising his buy order incrementally and then dumped to Scrapyard when he overcut his 122 key buy order so that kinda throws out the legitimacy of that sale too.

With all of this information here, I think I will hold off suggestion this and just exclude the sale over at the SF Modest
