  1. I want to mention that I'm not including my own Manifold Garden run, because that would be cheating lol
  2.
  3. - Pikmin 3 Deluxe Any% by Claris
  4. I'm familiar with Pikmin 3 speedruns after seeing a ton of them from 360Chrism, and when Claris ran the WiiU version at AGDQ 2014, so I'm curious to see how the run is a full 10-15 minutes shorter
  5.
  6. - Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga (DS) Any% by LaserTrap_
  7. Putting this on here because LaserTrap is a good dude that I met in-person at SGDQ 2018. Lego Star Wars games are also pretty fun.
  8.
  9. - Super Mario Odyssey Talkatoo% by Dangers
  10. From what I've heard, this category is basically a built-in randomizer run, so I'm curious to see how that works in a real run.
  11.
  12. - Paper Mario Stop 'n Swap by JCog
  13. Paper Mario is broken
  14.
  15. - Penumbra Trilogy Any% by BloodThunder
  16. I'm really happy that first person horror games are getting so much representation at GDQ now. I'm hoping Amnesia Rebirth, the Outlast series, or Resident Evil Village gets in at some point.
  17.
  18. the Penumbra games in particular are cool speedruns
  19.
  20. - Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Any% New Game Easy Race by KatLink and CaptainEzekiel
  21. Resident Evil 7 is a radically changed game compared to when I ran it back when the game itself and Out of Bounds strats where in their infancy, so I'm really curious to see what the run looks like now in 2021, especially in a race setting.
  22.
  23. - Hitman 3 Trilogy Campaign Silent Assassin/Suit Only Professional by Yannini
  24. This is a surprise pick to me as it's not only a stealth game, which is rare to get into GDQ in the first place if it's not a Metal Gear game, but it's also very new, having only released two months before the submission period. It's also suit only on the highest difficulty, and I've only ever seen Hitman games run in non-Suit Only categories (particularly Blood Money), so I'm curious to see how this is done.
  25.
  26. - Untitled Goose Game 100% Co-op by Tasselfoot and Thundar001
  27. H O N K
  28.
  29. - Fight Crab All Main Stages by teddyras
  30. Get your crab raves ready
  31.
  32. - I Am Fish Any% by Biglaw
  33. SabaPing
  34.
  35. - Arabian Nights Any% with dialogue by Goost
  36. *Grunts out of bounds to wrap to the other end of this pastebin.*
  37.
  38. - Destiny 2 Deep Stone Crypt by Shockwve, MunchaKoopas, Tokeegee, Traderkirk, Scoobyfoo, and BystanderTim
  39. Putting this here because the Last Wish run from AGDQ 2020 was a fun watch. I petition for more MMO/online-centered games to be in these marathons.
  40.
  41. - Halo 2 Any% by Monopoli
  42. This is very different from a traditional Halo 2 run just by the fact that it's Any% rather than simply the difficulty the run is played on. I also took a small peek at Monopoli's most recent PB I could find, and noticed some 2-player shenanigans going on, so I want to see how that plays out.
  43.
  44. - Astro's Playroom Any% by Xeilius
  45. I could honestly go on forever about this game. Not only is it an incredibly good and fun platformer featuring the most adorable robots in a video game, but it's also a very good celebration of the Playstation brand that made me cry because of the Playstation references that hit home as a person whose childhood was basically centered around the Playstation, specifically the Playstation 2. It also comes complete with a speedrun mode and the ability to replay any level as much as you want you for practicing.
  46.
  47. The best part?
  48.
  49. *It's a pack-in game*
  50.
  51. Go give it another playthrough when you get the chance if you have a PS5
  52.
  53. - maimai Finale Exhibition by Starrodkirby86
  54. I heard Keizaron loves playing rhythm games on a dishwasher
  55.
  56. - Let's Give up 6 Exit by MrMightyMouse
  57.
  58. Putting this here purely because the name is so fitting for a Kaizo Hack
