  28. Personality: One might assume that anyone related to Frieza would be a similarly subdued, sadistic madman. In the case of Baron Tohsta and Count Boyla, this couldn't be farther from the truth- they've made a number of reforms and progressive laws in space ruled by the remains of the Planet Trade Organization, granting freedom where asked and protection when needed. Tohsta maintains a fairly quiet regal air, befitting the prince of a cosmic empire... But he's also easily excitable and very talkative around friends. He throws lavish parties for his staff on special occasions and has been known to hit the dance floor alongside them.
  29.
  30. History: Heir of King Mykrohwaf, the current head of the Planet Trade Organization and brother of King Cold. Tohsta has come to Earth seeking revenge for the slight against his family committed so long ago by the Saiyans, who he now finds infesting the planet. His side of the family isn't fond of Cold's, really, but family is family, and the Saiyans kind of murdered three of the family members, even if it was justified. He's mostly tagging along because he figures this is his best chance to kill as many saiyans as possible.
  31.
  32. Other: His bodyguards consist of the Pyramid Boys- Svitz, Grene, Darry, Miitz, and their leader, Phroot.
