- Boltcliff:
- A tremendous sandstone cliff face turned to fulgurite glass by an eternally raging thunderstorm centered on a portal to the Elemental Plane of Air. The shape of the cliff face protects the trading post built into the bottom of the cliff, complete with an inn and tavern. The Fulgurite is worked into trinkets.
- Clearocean:
- A tremendous sea of molten glass surrounding a gate to the Elemental Plane of Fire. Surprisingly, this is the least horrifyingly dangerous stop- the gate is far underground, leaving a large safe island that is easily defended, and the spellcasters of the tribe can create a bridge of cooled glass to this island. Mostly used as a stop during the winter, though the easy glassworking is a major source of income.
- Ironfield:
- The Masal-hah hate coming here. But near the settlement, there is a mountain with a portal to the Elemental Plane of Earth. A cave high on the mountain randomly spews chunks of ore skyward, usually iron and silver. The tribe stays in a lower cave on the mountain.
- Medab:
- A stop with a palm forest, Medab is an oddity in the desert. At the forest's center is an oasis born from a portal to the elemental plane of Water. Because of the purity of this water, the local wildlife- specifically, the spiders- grow to tremendous size. These spiders have an odd ability to walk on water and spin their webs into a lift surface (like one of those Brazilian parachute spiders). This is the Masal-ha's least favorite place to stop, but there is a lot of silk to be found here- the trick is getting out without getting eaten. This silk is used for rope, clothing, and tapestries that they sell.
