  7. Alright, I want you to lie down now. Get into a comfortable position; take your time.
  8. If you need to, pause this recording.
  9. (wait about five or ten seconds here)
  10. Excellent.
  11. Close your eyes, just relaxing your eyelids.
  12. Now, Just relax, listening to my voice.
  13. You are doing so very well.
  14. Just laying down now.
  15. Feeling so nice, and calm, and relaxed.
  16. Good,
  17. now begin to feel your body grow heavy and relaxed, as if it were filled with sand.
  18. Feel your body filled with warm sand, starting at your feet.
  19. You may feel them tingle a little, or grow heavy, or both.
  20. Feel the sand spread, filling up your feet.
  21. Rising up to your ankles now, making its way up to your shins and knees now.
  22. And it feels so good and relaxing to you.
  23. The sand flowing upward, filling up your thighs, making its way to your hips and waist now.
  24. So comfortable and relaxing.
  25. So warm and perhaps tingling a little.
  26. The sand flows upward even more, filling in your chest and your shoulders.
  27. As it reaches your shoulders, it flows downwards now.
  28. First filling up your upper arms and forearms, then filling in your hands now.
  29. Feeling so heavy and calm, so peaceful and content now.
  30. From the neck, the sand fills up the rest of you, filling up your head.
  31. So calming and warm and relaxing now.
  32. Your body; so numb and heavy, so utterly comfortable.
  33. You just feel so heavy, so relaxed, so amazing. Now, imagine that the sand in your feet is slowly pouring away.
  34. Feel your feet becoming empty
  35. and lighter than air.
  36. The sand seems to pull all the stress and tenseness away gently.
  37. You feel so good. The sand begins to leave your calves, making them feel so empty.
  38. The sand slowly leaving. Feel the sand leave your thighs, making your legs feel lighter than air.
  39. It's as if your legs are no longer there, the sand seeming to take all the stress of the world with it.
  40. You're doing so very well.
  41. Now, feel your stomach and lower torso begin to empty of the sand, slowly and steadily.
  42. It feels absolutely amazing.
  43. The sand now begins to spill out of your chest, you chest feels as if it isn't even there anymore. Your body is just becoming so
  44.  
  45. relaxed, so amazingly comfortable and at peace.
  46. Now comes your upper arms.
  47. The sand, pulling all your stress away, relaxing you so much.
  48. Your upper arms are empty of the sand,
  49. empty of stress.
  50. Now comes your forearms.
  51. Just feel the sand slowly leave, making your arms empty and relaxed.
  52. You are doing great. Next come the hands.
  53. Just feel the sand empty from the fingertips, relaxing your hands so much.
  54. It feels great.
  55. Now, feel the sand begin to leave your head.
  56. Starting at your neck and slowly working its way up. Feel
  57. every muscle relax, all the stress gone.
  58. Your body is empty of sand now, empty of stress, completely relaxed.
  59. Your entire body is lighter than air, almost as if it isn't there.
  60. So relaxed...so amazingly relaxed.
  61. Your body empty of all stress, empty of sand, feeling as if it is not really there, like it's an empty shell.
  62. You feel amazing, so deep, so comfortable, so relaxed.
  63. My voice is so relaxing to you.

  68. Now, let's work on your breathing.
  69. I want you to slow your breathing.
  70. Just relax, you don?t need to breath fast, just slow down.
  71. By slowing down your breathing, you will relax even more.
  72. Just slow your breathing.

  74. Out.
  75. In.
  76. (pause)
  77. Out.
  78. (pause)
  79. In.
  80. (longer pause)
  81. Out.
  82. That's it, just relax even more.
  83. Go deeper and deeper.
  84. Just make yourself as relaxed as possible.
  85. Now, I want you to imagine that you are lying on a cloud.
  86. Feel the fluffy softness of the cloud under your body, softer than the softest mattress you have ever lied on, fluffier than the
  87.  
  88. most comfortable pillow you have ever felt.
  89. It makes you want to just stay here on this cloud, it makes you so very lazy
  90. So lazy, in fact, that the thought of moving at all seems so very distant to you
  91. You just want to lie on this cloud forever, listening to my voice.
  92. As you listen to my voice, lying on this fluffy cloud, you notice a very slight coolness in the air around you as the wind
  93.  
  94. slowly begins to come over you.
  95. It's a very gently breeze, enveloping and cooling your entire body, even through the soft cloud.
  96. In fact, you may even feel the cloud drift along, pushed by the breeze.
  97. You find comfort in this natural movement of the cloud.
  98. You may even notice other clouds floating alongside your own in the blue sky, if you look around.
  99. In the distnace, the sun is on horizon, warming you in a reddish-orange glow
  100. Almost as if you are lying in front of a fireplace on a cool winter's day.
  101. Relaxing you as your limbs go ever limp, supported only by the fluff of the cloud
  102. You notice the sun is setting, the sky growing a little darker
  103. As the sun begins to end its day, the warmth begins to ebb away
  104. (pause here)
  105. The warmth of the rays slowly leaving you as the sun sets
  106. (pause; let the sun set for your audience)
  107. The last gleam of the sun finally goes under the horizon, leaving you on your cloud
  108. Still
  109. Motionless
  110. Silent
  111. As if the air around you is a glassy pond
  112. Look up into the sky now; the light from the stars twinkle in the sky
  113. Arranged in beautiful constellations and shapes spread over the entire night sky
  114. Follow one constellation's shape, continuing on to another beautiful shape, and another
  115. It is so very enchanting
  116. As if the stars are all there, arranged in this way on this night, for you
  117. Now, turn your attention to the moon
  118. It seems brighter than normal tonight
  119. Illuminating in its soft, greyish glow, your cloud, and the black outlines of the clouds around you
  120. Something seems different about the moon on this night, however
  121. Look closely, noticing the way the greyed shades on the surface of the moon are arranged tonight
  122.

  127. As you examine them, they seem to make the silhouette of a pegasus
  128. This silhouette feels very familiar to you
  129. It's almost as if this shape is what you truly look like: a winged pony
  130. I'm going to tell you a secret now, a secret that has remained hidden from you for a long time:
  131. you are a pegasus.
  132. This fact has only remained away from you, in the back of your mind as you have gone through life
  133. Always there, in some way, influencing your decisions
  134. Because that is what you are on the deepest level: a pegasus
  135. And now, on this enchanted night atop this cloud, under the loving glow of the moon, you feel yourself beginning to change
  136. All the hairs on your body begin to stand up ever so slightly as an energy comes over your skin
  137. You feel a sort of static over your skin
  138. This is the growth of your new fur
  139. It is a very short coat; you would still feel chilly on a cool day
  140. But the fur would take the bite away from the cold
  141. Any breeze that comes by will disturb your coat ever so slightly; it may even tickle a somewhat until you get used to these new
  142.  
  143. sensations
  144. A particularly wonderful sensation is the feeling of being petted
  145. Whenever someone pets your new coat, you will feel so very relaxed
  146. Just imagine how wonderful it will be to be petted
  147. Their hands running through your soft, cute fur
  148. Your hands, of course, are where the energy begins to head towards once it is done with your skin
  149. Your fingers are beginning to fuse together
  150. Your thumbs becoming one with your hands
  151. The other fingers on your hands fusing together
  152. Into two on each hand
  153. Then only two masses at the end of your arms
  154. And these masses transform theselves into hooves
  155. Two wonderful hooves for a wonderful pegasus
  156. These changes now go to your feet, where you feel your toes fusing together, just as your fingers fused
  157. The five toes on each foot becoming three
  158. then two
  159. and now one
  160. And now, your feet morph into two beautiful furred hooves
  161. Your legs now change to support your new quadrapedal structure
  162. The very bones in your legs are changing, until the joints make it feel natural to walk on four legs
  163. You ay be able to lean against something to stand, or even temporarily stand on two legs
  164. But you will just fall down to the floor on all four legs
  165. After all, you're a pegasus.
  166. To walk on two legs just seems so very distant, so very silly now
  167. What kind of a pegasus walks on two legs?
  168. As the energy moves up and away from your legs, you feel it beginning to concentrate on your rear, just at your tailbone
  169. Have you ever wondered why you have a tailbone?
  170. It's because you are meant have a tail, little pegasus.
  171. The enrgy pulls at your tailbone, and you feel your tail growing off of the base of your spine, until it reaches the back of
  172.  
  173. your knees
  174. Your tail will always be with you, right there at the base of your spine, trailing behind you
  175. It will seem to phase through any clothing you wear, this part of your body always displayed to the world, because you are a
  176.  
  177. pegasus
  178. Your tail complete, the energy moves up your spine until it reaches your upper back, where it now branches out into your
  179.  
  180. shoulder blades
  181. Your shoulder blades are there, of course, to provide a point for your wings to grow fom
  182. You experience another pulling sensation this time, at your shoulder blades
  183. Your wings are growing, filling out so you can be the pegasus you are
  184. They are covered in soft feathers that feel every slight changes of pressure, every movement of the air around them
  185. They fold up gently at your side, warming you like a feathery blanket where they rest
  186. These wings, however, are only cosmetic, and will you remain bound to the earth
  187. They will also go through any clothing you wear, in the open to the air behind you
  188. When you lie down to sleep, you will feel the urge to open them and drape them beside you, like a soft, feathery blanket
  189. The changes continue to move up your body, and you find you feel yet another pulling sensation, this time on your mouth and nose
  190. They pull outwards into a short furred muzzle
  191. Your short, furred, muzzle
  192. When you look at yourself in the mirror, you will see this muzzle, along with all the other changes you've felt so far, and you
  193.  
  194. will see yourself as the pegasus you truly are.
  195. The changes continue to advance, reaching the top of your head.
  196. You feel your ears moving up the side of your head, elongating and and changing into the ears of a pegasus
  197. Your pegasus ears
  198. Two furred triangles atop your head
  199. They're a bit cute, to be honest
  200. You have new mustles now, new joints under these ears
  201. To pull and move your ears
  202. Your ears can be flat against your head, up and perky, or anywhere in between
  203. It is so easy to move them
  204. But they also seem to have a mind of their own: whenever they hear a sound, they focus on it
  205. When you turn your head, you feel their inertia and the movement of the air around their furred tips
  206. Your new ears convey emotion too: when you're happy, they may be alert and perky
  207. When you're tired or sleepy, maybe even sad, they may droop to the side
  208. As you experience your new ears, you will surely find ways of expressing all your emotions with them
  209. Speaking of emotion, you now notice they you're undergoing a certain mental change as well:
  210. You also want to continue coming back to this file until it fully and completely works.
  211. Now that you know what you truly are, you want to be what you truly are: a pegasus.
  212. You are a pegasus.
  213. A cute pegasus pony.
  214. There ay be times, of course, that the human world may call back to you
  215. That you may need to be human again
  216. For those moments, all you need to say is "Revert to human."
  217. By saying "Revert to human," all of the changes you have experienced will fade away
  218. Though, you will always be able to reach these changes by a simple phrase
  219. All you have to say to achieve this is "I am a cute pegasus."
  220. Those words, "I ama cute pegasus," will bring back every change
  221. Rushing over you
  222. Transforming you into the pegasus you truly are
  223. Relaxing you
  224. Allowing you to find so much enjoyment in your new form
  225. This will always be with you.
  226. You always will have the ability to freely change between both forms
  227. A human form for the human world
  228. And a pegasus form for when you can truly be yourself
  229. Now it's time to wake up; I'm going to count down from five to one; you will wake up a little more with each passing number.

  232. 3: Retaining all of the changes you've epxerienced
  233. 2: Remaining a little pegasus
  234. 1: Awake now, aware of all of your changes
