  19. Ideas: New drills for power and uses equipment, and maybe talk about break outs. Maybe kickboard tug of war? I mean, push of war?
  20. Fly: fins and buoy. Fins for power, and having a buoy gives extra float, helping you launch upward and forward
  21. Back: Single arm w/paddles, other arm is between legs. Lynn Ann talked about this, but we can add paddles maybe.
  22. Breast: Separation drill with fist paddles. Pull, glide, kick, glide. This is a power drill!
