  3. Your invitation letter has been posted Friday March 16th. The postal service will take its time. If you have not received your invitation letter by March 30th, please contact [email protected] so that you will receive a copy of your invitation letter by email. The registration period lasts until April 9th so you will have plenty of time to register.

  7. REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THE EXAMINATIONS
  8. All the applicants need to register for the examinations in order to take part in them. You should register for the examination in person during the registration period. In case you are unable to register in person before the examination, it is possible to register by e-mail. See below for further information on how the registration takes place in each of the cities.
  9. The registration fee for the examinations in Vietnam is 1 350 000 VND (approximately 50€) per applicant.
  10. Please note that the contact persons for the registration will only deal with information concerning the registration process. If you have any questions regarding the examination, please contact directly the University of Applied Sciences that you are applying to.

  12. HO CHI MINH CITY
  13. Registration in person: You should register for the examination in person by paying the registration fee in cash and carrying out the needed procedures (see “Documents needed at the registration”) between 27 March and 9 April 2012. The registration takes place at the British Council on 25 Le Duan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The office hours of the registration venue are 8.30 a.m. - 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 8.30 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. You are advised to check the office hours in advance. If you need to contact the British Council before visiting the office, please email to Ms Chi Trinh [email protected] or Ms Trinh Tran [email protected]. You can also contact the office by calling + 84 (0)8 3823 2862 ext. 2404/2403.
  14. Registration by e-mail: If you are unable to register in person, it is possible to register by e-mail and pay the registration fee via bank transfer. Please send e-mail to Ms Chi Trinh [email protected] or Ms Trinh Tran [email protected] between 27 March and 4 April to ask for further instructions. The registration is done when you received confirmation from Ms Chi Trinh or Ms Trinh Tran. Besides sending an e-mail and paying the registration fee, you need to carry out the needed procedures on the day of the examination (see “Documents needed at the registration”).
  15. Examination venue and schedules: The entrance examinations in Ho Chi Minh are arranged in cooperation with the British Council. The exact times and venues of the examinations will be announced at the registration.

  18. Registration in person: You should register for the examination in person by paying the registration fee in cash and carrying out the needed procedures (see “Documents needed at the registration”) between 27 March and 9 April 2012. The registration takes place at the British Council on 20 Thuy Khue, Tay Ho, Hanoi. The office hours of the registration venue are 8.30 a.m. - 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 8.30 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. You are advised to check the office hours in advance. If you need to contact the British Council before visiting the office, please email to Ms Thu Ta [email protected]. You can also contact the office by calling + 84 (0)8 3843 6780 ext. 1975.

  23. DOCUMENTS NEEDED AT THE REGISTRATION (APPLICAPLE TO BOTH CITIES)
  24. When registering for the entrance examination in person you should
  25. 1) Pay the registration fee or present a receipt of the payment that has been made earlier.
  26. 2) Present your valid original passport or ID card.
  27. 3) Submit the Invitation Letter received from the University of Applied Sciences you have applied to.
  28. 4) Submit the enclosed Candidate Identification Form. The Candidate Identification Form needs to be filled in and submitted with a photograph of you and a good photocopy of your passport or ID attached to it. You also need to sign the statement about complying with the Candidate Rules.
