Badge Rankings

The Ranks on the Silver League, consisting of D, C, B, A, S, and SS, mostly lack meaning outside of the highest two. While this is far from necessary, I feel that more privileges should be allowed to other Rankings in order to further incentivize Badge collecting. I also think they should be:
D (colored blue):  0-3
C (colored green):  4-5
B (colored red):  6-7 (Free "Mystery" Competitive Breedject)
A (colored bronze):  8-9 (Can Challenge Battle Frontier)
S (colored silver):  10-14 (Can Challenge CLT)
SS (colored gold): 15-17 (May Enter Champion World Tournament [just brainstorming])
SSS (colored platinum/diamond): 18+ (Free 5IV Pokemon of their choice)
E4: ★
Champion: ☆

Elite Four and Champion status would be denoted by a filled star (E4) or empty star (Champ) placed "on top" of the letter.

CHAMPION WORLD TOURNAMENT:
The Champion World Tournament would be a tournament in which the best of SL's battlers would duke it out to see who comes out on top. While it would serve no League-related purpose, the challenge facing SL's best and prize of a free Hidden Power and/or Defog Shiny Pokemon RNG'd by MG would certainly make the tournament one to win.
...It's basically the CLT but harder. Comes around once every 3 months or so.
