Payment Policy
-Payment is through Paypal by default, in USD only. Other payment options, such as money orders or AlertPay, may be accepted, but needs to be discussed first.
-Buyer agrees to cover all commission fees. (This includes any alterations, additional characters, etc.)
-Buyer must NOT send payment as a gift or anything from the 'personal' tag (on Paypal or similar payment sites). You're paying for artwork, not gifting me.
-Full payment must be received before work on the draft is started, once the art is complete you get the full, watermark free image at full resolution it’s drawn in.
-A project must be accepted prior to any payments. If you send money before we've discussed the full details and payments, the money will be refunded to you at your own cost.


Refunds or Cancellations:
-You are able to cancel an order at any time. You must contact me and tell me you'd like to cancel.
-If an order is canceled before the work has started, full payment will be refunded.
-If an order is canceled after some work is finished, the refund will be determined by how much progress is made to the piece.
-If an order is canceled after I've completed the work and sent the sample, only half of the down payment is refundable since I have already finished the work.
              1. If you cancel after I've completed the work, you will NOT receive the full version of the piece.

Artist Rights
-I, the artist, reserve the right to turn down any project request for any reason.
-I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for alterations to the initial agreement.
-I reserve the right to cancel the work if I feel the buyer is being unreasonable. Cancellation rules still apply.
-I reserve the right to display finished works or works in progress in my gallery.
Private, unposted commissions are welcome. You MUST ask for pieces to be private, otherwise, they will be posted.

Buyer Agreements
-You, the buyer, agrees to cover any extra fees. (Such as alteration fees, etc.)
-The buyer agrees to set a deadline before the work is started.
If no deadline is set, the work will be completed as soon as it is able to, however, works with deadlines might delay the completion of the piece.
If a deadline is given, and full payment is not received by the deadline, the piece will be put on hold until payment is received.
-The buyer may re-post bought works only if credit to me is given.
-The buyer may only have works for personal use, unless discussed before work starts. (Ex: No selling prints, on shirts, used as website mascots/logos/etc. without it being discussed prior to starting.)
-The buyer MUST be 18 years of age. If there is any doubt or questions about your age, you must provide some form of proof, or I, the artist, will deny you.
-The buyer must not alter the artwork in any way without asking for permission. If permission is denied and art is altered and reposted, I will contact site admins to remove said art. The buyer will also be barred from any art purchases if admins are to be involved.
-The buyer must read and agree to these terms.
