General rules and FFA bans (Kyuubi NPC, puppet NPC, Pakura's balls and Temari's wind NPCs) . Also note that if you somehow catch two eyed chakra bug of Obito and Kakashi, let someone kill you and report to a mod/admin about how it happened. If someone is seen abusing the chakra bug on purpose, you will be banned for good without a question. Asura Pein is banned as well.
