  8. I couldn't find it, but there's a Juggernaut video about exercise order that I really like. It goes Main lift -> Isolation - > Alternate/Accessory lift. So Back Squat -> Knee Extension Machine -> Front Squat. Or Bench -> Pec Flies -> Close Grip Bench.
