  1. Drills Used:

  3. Catch Up: Both arms up in front of shoulders (just a little apart from streamline). One arm pulls at a time.
  4.  
  5. Six-Kick Switch: One arm up, one down. Kick six times while tilted so that the down arm is out of the water and the up arm is just submerged. After six kicks, pull with up arm and recover with down so that you finish the way you started, but on the other side. Make sure to look down and breath *after* switching.
  6.  
  7. Single Arm: Right arm first lap, left arm next. Roll shoulders. Non-Stroking arm should be down. Breath to the non-stroking side.
