  48. Missions: Sous l’autorité du Directeur Administratif et du Bâtonnier, Il sera responsable de la maintenance et de la gestion des systèmes informatiques de l’Ordre. Il sera en particulier en charge : - de la gestion et administration de l’infrastructure informatique de l’Ordre ; - de la gestion et de l’administration fonctionnelle du site internet et du portail intranet de l’Ordre ; - de la gestion et de l’administration fonctionnelle de l’application de gestion électronique de documents; - de la gestion des tickets d’intervention envers les prestataires tiers ; - de veiller au bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des applications métier de l’Ordre ; - de veiller à la sécurité du réseau informatique et du Cloud privé de l’Ordre ; - Il agira en support des processus métiers avec les outils informatiques ; - Il interagira avec tous les prestataires tiers (matériels, éditeurs, SSII, POST), et sera leur interlocuteur pour toute question technique ; - Il sera l’interlocuteur entre les collaborateurs de l’Ordre et les prestataires tiers (matériels, logiciels, SSII, POST) pour toutes nouvelles fonctionnalités, avec analyse et rédaction des besoins ; - Il définira et réalisera les tests de réception métiers des applications développées ; - Il assurera la formation des utilisateurs ; - il conseillera les responsables de l’Ordre sur les choix à effectuer en matière informatique ; - il gère le budget informatique.

Compétences techniques requises: - Connaissances générales Windows 7, 8, 10 ; - Connaissances générales Windows server - Linux – MySQL ; - Connaissances pratiques en infrastructure réseau (réseau local, téléphonie IP, Internet, WIFI) ; - Connaissances générales en environnement virtualisé (VMware, Citrix) et notamment dans l’environnement Cloud CORP de POST ; - Connaissances générales en sécurité informatique ; - Bonnes connaissances MS Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ; - Web : HTML, traitement d’images, expérience en CMS ou portail web : la connaissance de Liferay constitue un avantage ; - Traitement documentaire : expérience en capture de documents et en GED : la connaissance d’Alfresco constitue un avantage ;
