Background :

 She was born in Toronto, Canada. She grew up with a few of her cousins and her grandparents. When she was 10, she was told that they had to move back to Korea because her father's parents were sick. After moving back to Busan, Hanuel would always visit her grandparents in Canada with her mother every holiday.
