Immigration documentation appeal/pardon

I can’t understand how it would affect the permanent resident card other than stopping them from being able to continuously fraudulent my name in the investigation. It’s two different things. It’s a federal identity and it should make it better for them to investigate instead of using the excuse of my name being an issue they can keep pretending like it’s not my name to have a reason for suspicion but at the end of the day they’re just pretending. Or else they would’ve done something actually impactful enough like a DNA test. They must’ve had clearance issues when trying to identify my blood on the servers. if it keeps getting weird for them, I’ll just get a cease-and-desist from somewhere. Fingers crossed.

This means my next course of attack to appeal/reopen, or follow through and wait for them to acknowledge the civil claim that needs to have an affidavit  attached to it
