The reason behind my magic.

"I am a simple man with a complex mind I do not understand. I wonder what the special being was thinking when they created me."

"To define myself as simple as I can.. I enjoy booze and taking naps. I am kin to a rather large family.. 16 cousins to be exact and 1 younger brother named Vytal."

Neklous's doll blue eyes which seemed ever so distant looked off into the far away clouds as he began to speak.

"Where do I begin.. " He said as he turned towards Gwen and Espa and looked them right in the eyes. His voice was calm and serene yet had volume to it as well as a creepy ominous feeling that dragged along his words.

"A few months back.. I was a simple magi with no magical attribute. I was stronger than a normal villager yet that was only due to being forced to participate in my family's hellish training when I was younger. "

"My family has an obsession with power and the 'hunt' which is why I grew up having a disgust for it. "

"My problem was that.. power changes everything. I felt powerless seeing my family.. my clan.. go off to wars and deathly hunts. When they all returned.. I was there standing in the same spot powerless. Of course when they came back there was a few missing yet there was no cries or mourning. There was only a dreadful silence that lasted for days."

"Mothers of the clan raised their children till age 5 then unwillingly sent them off to Endore training camps. Fathers.. lost at war and battle while their sons and daughters are sent to replace them..."

A deep loneness lingered within Neklous's doll blue eyes that seemed to freeze the air in the surrounding thus making it hard to breath and making anyone chest feel heavy.

"A few months back is when I got tired of seeing that. Tired of my family.. MY KIN! Live one day then die the next.. I am TIRED! TIRED OF THAT GOD AWEFUL SILENCE THAT FOLLOWS!"

"I climbed the highest peaks of Essar and stumbled upon a snowy mountain peak.. There is where I decided to try and do something about it"

Neklous raised his left hand and opened his palm right in front of him. His skin on his left arm was bare with no markings but as soon as he circulated his mana into his left arm, crawling black tattoos began to become visible. They 'crawled' throughout his whole left arm and in the center of his palm, a black line opened up to be a pupil less eyeball. Within the pupil less eyeball laid a strange rune that seemed to be different from the other tattoos. It was not black in color but was a bright lime green which shined time to time before dimming.

"Attempting to confront my demons and manifest a solution to my troubles.. I developed my first magical attribute.."

"Time magic"

"This rune within the center of my palm translate to 'Past'"

"It is useful for a variety of things but to keep it simple, it is useful for healing flesh wounds. It doesn't exactly heal it but reverses the area of the wound to a past version of itself where such a wound didn't happen."

"I can tell you exactly but a simplified time law of what this hand uses is called 'Time can't affect fate'. Meaning that time can not heal. Time can not affect fate or a person when death is present. Meaning if someone has cancer using this would only make them suffer longer.. "

Channeling his mana into his right arm, a similar thing happened yet within the pupil less eyeball laid a dimly glowing grey rune.

"This rune translates to 'Future"

"I haven't discovered all of its uses yet but it is good for speeding up the process of things such as growing alchemy materials that normally take ages to grow."

"I use it to heal my pain though. Any feelings I don't want to have.. I use this rune to turn it into a future version of itself where it has already passed or been healed by time"

"If I used this on a dying cancer person.. it would not cure them.. it would only evolve the cancer further and speed up the process."

"I think I manifested this type of magic because I wanted to preserve my Endore family. I didn't want to hear that god awful silence anymore that has now become a trauma. "

"Time magic is only a tool towards the true purpose of why I live and breath.."
