Name: Fuyumi Todoroki
Age: 30
Height: 5'3"
Occupation: School teacher, specializing in kids with trauma! If your family dies in a villain incident and it's impacting your schoolwork, she's your teacher!
Living Conditions: Pretty good! She still lives in the Todoroki estate because it's pretty close to where she works, and she does a pretty good job of keeping it maintained!
Has their quirk improved through the years? If so, how: Fuyumi's quirk lets her, in general, lower the temperature of parts of her body! She's started learning how to shape the ice that forms when she cools her hand (though, the most she can make right now are snowflakes, because that's the way that water forms when it freezes). She also likes to use this to help her students who are injured (she can make her own ice packs!) or need a different sensory experience (holding a cold hand can be nice!)
Notable differences in personality from canon?: She's a bit more certain of herself than she was when she was younger. While she is still a definite peacekeeper, and her panic response is to try and talk things out, she's come to realize that she (and her loved ones) are usually safe in conflict. She most certainly has middle child syndrome and will try to smooth things out herself, especially between her family, but she's gotten used to letting them do their own thing. Her family still *is* a family, despite anything that may have happened, and she's beginning to let go of her own guilt regarding her inability to help. That growth is what's important!
Where was your muse during the Tartarus event, and how were they affected?: Most likely, she was alternating between her school life! Either working with her students (probably high school, at the time!) or grading papers. The incident is probably what pushed her into a more social-work style career path. There were people hurt by that event that still needed help- Help that the heroes couldn't necessarily give.
Brief Character History Canon - Present: The daughter of Pro Hero Endeavor, Fuyumi found herself constantly the mediator between her father's expectations and the realities of a family. She lived as the disappointment, the child that could never live up to Endeavor's standards or beat All Might. She never had any intentions of being a hero, and that seemed to displease her father more than anything else. The pressure wasn't on her as much as her siblings, and she found herself trying to place herself in a supporting role as much as possible. If she was good enough at making sure that they wouldn't fight, then maybe they would be a proper family, and maybe her father would remember what it was like to be soft.

Fuyumi became a teacher. She stayed in her family's house in a last, desperate hope to keep her family together. As she reconnected with her mother during her stint in the hospital, and as Shouto came into himself, she seemed to realize that her family never was broken to begin with. Something changed, then- Since her siblings didn't seem to care about her father's opinion, why should she? She was safe in everything that she did. She became more confident, allowing herself to grow outside of what she felt she needed to be. She had a different calling elsewhere, after all- The heroes couldn't impact the children of those harmed in villain incidents as well as she could. She knew what it was like- So, she would do what she could to help them. If she could be someone's hero, then that was enough.

Name: Natsuo Todoroki
Age: 27
Height: 6'1"
Occupation: Support specialist! He went to college for "medical warfare", and he uses that knowledge to make devices to keep heroes healed up during combat!
Living Conditions: Decent? He moved out of the Todoroki Estate as soon as physically possible, and moved into a dinky little apartment throughout college. He still lives there, but it's definitely a lot cozier! It's small, but it has enough space for him to host his family!
Has their quirk improved through the years? If so, how: Natsuo's quirk allows him to make frozen structures- Basically, ice sculptures. As he's gotten older, his quirk has gotten colder and colder, allowing the structures to stay formed for longer! These structures can also be super delicate, and he uses this a lot in the equipment he makes!
Notable differences in personality from canon?: Mostly that he's matured a little! He's still very staunch in his beliefs and is relatively carefree, but he's somewhat more likely to argue with you in a way that sounds like an adult is talking. He still has a tense (at best) relationship with his father, despite the time that's passed. That's probably for the better, after all!

Brief Character History Canon - Present: Natsuo never was the sort of guy to take anything quietly. While most of Endeavor's attention slipped over him (since, of course, he wasn't the perfect mixture of quirks that he wanted), Natsuo found his way into the crosshairs with a general argumentative personality. He was the most vocal and resentful of Endeavor's actions, especially as it drove the family to the brink. Despite how he fought, there wasn't much that he could actively do- So, he kept his own head in mind as he worked to get out as quickly as possible. If he could do that, then he could probably save the rest of his family.

In the wake of intense harm, it is only natural that one's instinct is to heal. Natsuo began studying medicine when he finally went off to college, though found himself going down a path that, at least, would pay well. Medical warfare would find him a home in the army- despite not being a pro hero, he *could* still save people. However, watching his brother go through school to become a hero on his own terms and seeing the turmoil in the world sparked a change in him. With his medical knowledge in hand, he pushed his way into the support program. While most of the kids had a leg up on him, he had grit, determination, and intense knowledge of military schematics to help him make do!
