  1. Trump has no grip on Zelenski. The truth about Ucraine and a Plan worthy of Trump's legacy.
  2.
  3. This is my attempt at resetting The Ukraine Problem on the basis of historical rights of peoples. This Gordian knot must be cut in order to avoid forever war. Pass it forward, send it everywhere: this is the first and only time I request this...

  11. Trump's Yalta. A 'Big, Beautiful' Plan
  12.
  13. Trump looses grip on the peace process in Ukraine. Trump must go deep, must go big and come on top.
  14.
  15. Romanian journalist Ion Cristoiu lays it down without sugar-coating: 'Trump has no power over Zelensky and Putin knows it.'
  16.
  17. He is right. 'Peacetalks' and 'ceasefires' are not working. The much-touted 'rare-earth deal' (which may not even exists and is an idea likely originating with Zelensky), now called 'mineral deal', is a canard: a. it has nothing 'rare' in it, b. picks up again the 'Russian invasion' language (see bellow 1/), c. further ties US to Zelensky instead of disengament, d. no tax-payer dollar is recovered, more will be 'invested' and e. US remains embroiled in defending the regime. Best summary, Babylon Bee. Zelenski wins, Trump is kind of puzzled by the outcome.
  18.
  19. Trump's favorite deal-making tools do not work (why, see 5/ bellow). Solution? Go to the deep end: one cannot fix things starting in the middle.
  20.
  21. Preamble
  22.
  23. In 1991, when Ukraine gained statality, a conservative 37% (see charts, research notes bellow) of it was a composite of territories belonging to (from west to east and north to south) Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Russia, result of aggression by USSR and internal carvings and recarvings from Lenin to Hruschev. Onerous deals between Stalin-Hitler (Ribbentrop-Molotov pact), then Stalin-Roosevelt-Churchill (Yalta secret pact for the division of Europe) gave the occasion for this butchery work. In spite of decades of deportations and mass rellocations, of social engineering, ethnic clensing, forced acculturation and lingustic assimilation and other policies of deznationalization, sizable ethnic and lingustic minorities still bare living testimony for what it was: reality can be violated only this much.
  24.
  25. Ukraine independence should not have been declared and internationally recognized before correcting for these historical wrongs. Nobody cared to do the right thing. But the violated reality has the habit of returning to bite: 'you reap what you sow'...
  26.
  27. Today, the zelenskists (Ukraine, EU, UK, US deep states and their dependent hordes of intellectuals and media using Zelensky as a spear point) rage against Putin's 'invasion' and 'stolen teritories' while wilfully ignoring that Ukraine itself holds captive and is an occupier of foreign lands. It's the thief shouting 'catch the thief'. And they are absolutely set to keep the war going, derail the peace, prevent Trump win, bidding their time until he is eventually replaced (2026 midterms loss + impeachment). And they will succeed because the zelenkists frame the problem. The premises of Ukraine statality ought be re-examined.

  40.
  41. A 5-point Plan
  42.
  43. 1/ Turn the narrative: Ukraine is an occupying power. Recognition of statality 'as is' in 1991 was an expediency covenient for the powers that were in Europe and America. The application of uti possidetis juris principle gave Ukraine colonial power status over results of soviet aggression while the same principle was excepted (by self-determination) in the case of the breakup of Yugoslavia. The soviet occupation of the Baltic states was considered illegal, but not the occupation of the territories presently discussed. The two Germanies had a shot at reunification but not the two Romanian states (Romania and Moldova). What gives? A no-rules order. The narrative of the zelenskists is arbitrary whim.
  44.
  45. 2/ Not my war: condemn the US neocon deep state Obama/Clinton->Pompeo->Biden proxy war against Russia (Sec. Rubio). Acknowledge compromises made under the menace of Russiagate. Denounce former policy towards Ukraine and Russia, including during Trump 45. State firmly that NATO expansion was needless provokation and a betrayal of trust towards Gorbatchev and Yeltsin. Instead of peace and liberty, it brought war, hatred, censorship, brain-dead propaganda and police states for the long-suffering peoples of Eastern Europe, and now for those of the West too. Moscow is no longer USSR, but Brussels is!
  46.
  47. 3/ Be a Havel: recognize the referenda in East Ukraine & Crimea as peaceful, legit divorce like Slovakia from Czechia in 1992. Bring back the Yeltsin moment of 1992, at his historic address to US Congress. Renouncing the 'invasion' language would eliminate one of the premises of Russia-China rapprochement, deterring China from invading Taiwan (attention, Sec. Rubio!). Dark tetrad 'geopolitics' be damned, give a chance to goodwill, friendship and each minding his business.
  48.
  49. 4/ Walk away but announce 'I'll be back' :) Cut the perfusion drip of weapons, intelligence, dollars. Ukraine problem reframed and deprived of US life support, zelenkism crumbles. Don't go down at their whim, preempt and get out on top. Snub them by making a bipartite Malta 2 summitt with Putin. Mean what Bush said in 1989 at Malta 1, ' We can realise a lasting peace and transform the East-West relationship to one of enduring co-operation'. Walk that talk.
  50.
  51. Then comes,
  52.
  53. 5/ New beginnings: One cannot fix a problem starting from the middle. Trump-style soft business 'deals' are up-against the blood-hewn deals of Hitler-Stalin and Roosevelt-Churchill-Stalin (same view, independently formulated). In order to fix anything, these must be un-fixed. Atlanticism (Roosevelt/Churchill 1941 -> Biden/Johnson 2021) is the globalist socialist-liberal program MAGA fights against today - Stalin/Churchill/Roosevelt must go together with Hitler in the wastebin of history, denounced and repudiated. No more heroization of the criminal. Remove that Churchill head from the Oval Office. Mr. Putin himself should transform the May 8 parade from a 'victory celebration' into a day of recollection and sober remembrace: that's what 'sacred' is. Tell him 'let's tear down this wall' of spilled blood cemented with lies… Reagan also was opposed by his top advisors but he still did the right and brave thing. Leave May 9 as the Day of EUSSR. Exit statist propaganda, talk truth to power Trump-style, reassert the value of individual life, unfreeze history and end WW2 for good. No more half-baked 'peacetalks' and 'ceasefires' - make a Yalta 2 happen, a Yalta for the people, for the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness.
  54.
  55. For lasting peace, Ukraine must revise its stance as 'victim', EU/UK must stop enabling it, the US security state must pull back from Machiavellian geopolitics - and president Trump can lead to just that.
