  1. I'm going to put this all in one post, since Dylan suggested this.
  2. First of all, all major decisions on hiring and removal are left to me. Consideration of admins will be taken on who should and shouldn't be removed, but I don't look at it from the PERSONAL point of view like most - I look at it from the PAGE'S point of view - and this does not mean who is the most popular admin on the page (which is arguably Severe) - but also how well you're doing your job.
  3. I have stated this several times, over and over. Over and over.
  4. Everyone is free to post as they wish and voice their opinions. Have you EVER seen me stop someone for posting something which is Sakura related, or Hinata related or some other shit? No. I only usually stopped (in the past, which I even stopped now) for posting non-related Naruto content posts.
  5. If there is a problem with what people post, I will deal with it and speak the admin myself. I am looking at the page, at times you do not know I am looking. I always keep in touch with the pages and the activities the admins are doing.
  6. However, if I see OTHER admins restricting the opinions or voices of admins, this will not be tolerated. If THIS is what you call freedom of opinion - then kindly, stop
  7. If bashing other admins for what they post, is what you call freedom of opinion - then kindly, stop
  8. If telling other admins, what they are posting does not lie acceptable with YOU PERSONALLY (like a Sakura or Hinata debate) - then kindly, fuck off.
  9. These decisions are made by me, which is - WHAT ISN'T POSTED. Not by you.
  10. As for authority over what is not to be posted (when I am away) lies with Sean and Asad when it comes to Madara.
  11. And for Obito, it lies with Noah.
  12. I hope this is clear, you're free to post as you wish. But there is nothing saying, you can restrict other admins from posting what they wish. This is not your power, this is mine.
