Here is the complete list of areas in Dark Cloud that I have found.
Values work with CodeBreaker, and the glitch that allows you to skip the entire game, or to almost any area in the game shown in this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CifDe3IH1c

NOTE: This CodeBreaker code and the glitch that lets you skip the entire game only works with the American (NTSC-U) Version of Dark Cloud.
