TIFU by getting too salty with my girlfriend

I just created this account because I wanted to post a couple stories here, love the content of this community, always listen to RSLASH videos. This is is my first post ever so I hope I'm doing this right, here it goes.

This happened like a month ago I think? My gf is insecure, not massively but enough to obstruct her decision making process even on small things. She suffers from chronic gastritis, so one night we were eatinf and she fets some stomach ache, I don't have gastritis and never had it so IDK if it feels like cramps or nausea or maybe like drinking 2 liters of cranberry juice in one go but she says it's dedinitely gastritis.

She's my princess so I always take care of her as much as I can, I help her down the stairs, give her some medicine and some tea and juststart talking to her and distract her from the pain overall. No use. She's still in pain, so then she says sodium bicarbonate powder in water helps her, she can't do it all the time but today is not like all the time. So I do what she says and hand her the solution ready but she hesitates. She starts saying that half a teaspoon may be too much. I tell her she'll be alright, teust me I'm a medical student (it's an obvious joke between us, I'm in my first semester of the whole carreer... a xat might know more than me about the human body).

So then I tell her: look, it's just salt... on water... it actually may help your stomach acids stabilize a bit and stop eating your stomach, it won't hurt you every once in a while. Your body is designed to get rid of more powerful toxins, it'll be alright.

She still is insecure and this conversation goes on for like 5 mins until I get enough and grab a teaspoon of my own, grab the table salt (actual salt, not the bicarbonate) and tell her "if you don't take that right now I'll eat this whole, just to prove you this  I'll be fine".

Her: you're not gonna do it
Me: you know I will (I have a very bold nature)
Her: omg please don't do it
Me: how bad can it be? (I say jokingly, no regrets on that one)
Her: (context, we had seen the lorax recently) sings the lorax song with a slight modification* how ba a a ad can it be?
Me: TAKES THE FULL TEASPOON OF SALT*

Oof, it was disgusting, I can't describe the taste, I mean salty, duh, but it was so so salty it made my mouth feel cold. Swallowed it whole, I still needed to give my gf some courage so I had to do it.

I immediately drinf like 3 glasses of water to pass the taste, no good, so I just calm down and wait for it to pass. Ugh... omg...

I then get the idea to eat an apple, my favorite food in the world, I start eating it and it helps a bit but not much. Fortunately she drank her bicarbonate water, we were laughing and talking for like 10 or 15 mins, and then my throat feels dry, and I want to barf, but no nausea  no sickness or weakness, I am in top shape, just... wanted to throw up.

I just imagine it's the disgusting taste in my mouth that is triggering that response, but no, five mins of that and then while my gf is talking I rush up to the bathroom and throw up like a hose, literally, i just openes my mouth and no vomit hit the walls of my mouth, just shut straight to the toilet and it colliding with the toilet water sounded like a strong water stream into a puddle, like a hose.

I throw up and throw up more, it was disgusting. When I go out, having washed my face, nostrills, mouth and everything thoroughly (I didn't want to smell like vomit to my gf) I come out of the bathroom abd there she is, she looks speechless for a sec cuz I probably look pale and terrible, but then I think quickly aaaaaand... I start dancing and singing "how ba a a aaad can it be?"

TL; DR My gf refused to drink her medicine so I got salty and made her do it.
