While we sincerely apologize for this unfortunate inconvenience, we can confirm that there is nothing wrong with the app that should cause it to frequently crash, and our best advice is to try deleting and reinstalling the app while on a stable internet connection. We also recommend closing other applications running in the background of your device before playing in order to free up as much memory as possible.

Please also note that we do not support users who play our games using PC emulators, so despite the issues you are currently having on your tablet, kindly refrain from playing the game on your PC again in the future.
