Mother 3 Category Stuff

So I'm thinking of giving different names to the Mother 3 categories and changing timings a little bit.

Here's how I think it should be:

There should be 4 main categories.

Any% NG+ Japanese
Any% NG+ English
Any% Japanese
Any% English

English categories should be timed from selecting "Yes" after naming characters, and end of selecting "yes" on the final needle. This is RTA timing.
Japanese categories should be timed from Power On to when "The End" appears after the credits, this is J-RTA timing.

I think that english timing should be changed until after the characters are named for the following reasons:
1. It keeps the game more consistent with other games in the mother series.
2. I don't think people should be penalized for choosing character names other than one character names.

These are just some thoughts I was having.
