- My Low% 1-Hit K.O. run of Zelda: A Link to the Past has been accepted for AGDQ 2019. The event is going to take place from January 6th to the 12th 2019. For 2 months straight, work is pretty scarce here since everybody is back from their vacations and they almost never call here for work, so it makes it hard to prepare financially for the trip. I will go regardless, but if you feel like helping here are some donation incentives I'm offering for your entertainment (hopefully). If the amounts on the left are met I will stream what is in the description for each one.
- 100 $ - Castlvania 4 Low% run
- No sub weapons or whip upgrades allowed. I have only played that game once and it was on Low%. It is a really hard challenge
- if you know nothing about the game, which I don't. The only other attempt I did at this was 6:30 hours long.
- 200 $ - Marble Blast Gold 100 Levels minimum jumping.
- I will do a speedrun/playthrough of Marble blast Gold using the jump button only when absolutely required to proceed. Some
- levels require big detours or insane edge-hits, wall-hits or power-up uses. Only a very few levels are actually impossible to
- beat without jumping. In those cases, just jump the minimum amount for the level to still be beatable.
- 300 $ - Zelda: A Link to the Past 1-Handed
- Beat Any% No Major Glitches run of the game a few times using only my right hand. Controller cam will be pointed directly at
- the controller/hand for you to watch.
- 400 $ - Beat Perfect Dark on Perfect Agent
- Perfect Agent is the hardest difficulty setting for Perfect Dark. It is insanely hard if you don't know any strategies and if
- you are a filthy casual at the game. Estimate is around 15-18 hours but could easily take longer.
- 500 $ - Beat all 30 Perfect Dark challenges on Player 1
- Perfect Dark has a section with 30 challenges. The first few ones are easy but the 2nd half gets pretty ridiculous. Goals
- varying from Kill as many enemies as you can to win, King of the Hill, Capture the Flag, Slow-Mo Mode, etc.
- 600 $ - Zelda: A Link to the Past 100% speedrun with controller rotated 180 degrees
- Okay, this is a dumb idea... lol. But I think it should make for a fun stream regardless. This involves beating the game with
- the controller rotated sideways by 180 degrees (on the Z-Axis). Bottom line, you control A-B-X-Y and Start with your left hand,
- and the D-Pad and Select with your right hand. Told you, it's dumb.
- 700 $ - Get a sub 2:55:00 speedrun on Yoshi's Island 100%
- I'm already working on Yoshi's Island 100% speedruns, but if this incentive gets met, I will be forced to get a sub 2 hour and
- 55 minutes 100% speedrun of the game. This may take a while as there is so much to learn, but the gameplay is amazing, controls
- are super tight and responsive and it's overall a great speedgame to watch.
- 800 $ - Viewers request: Casual game.
- The viewers will decide what casual game I will play/beat on stream. It can pretty much be any Super Nintendo games and a few
- Nintendo 64 games. It has to be one I own. N64: GoldenEye 007, Gex: Enter the Gecko, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Zelda: Majora's
- Mask, Banjo-Tooie, etc.
- 900 $ - Boxxle speedrun / Beat the game on GameBoy.
- I will try to beat Boxxle on GameBoy as fast as possible in 1 stream. Estimate is 8 hours. The TAS beats this game in 4:58:50
- (5 hours), and the current World Record is 6:03:10 so yeah... It's a very long game that requires a LOT, a LOT of memorization.
- 1,000 $ - Viewers request + Q & A session about Zelda: A Link to the Past and speedrunning in general
- First of all, I'm not expecting this to be met since it's a lot. But if somehow it does, thank you so much. For this one,
- viewers will decide what will happen on stream (as long as it's gaming related and follows Twitch rules lol). There will also
- be a Question & Answer type of thing where you can ask whatever questions about ALttP or speedrunning in general.
- Again, thanks a lot for being there and watching the stream, and a big thank you if you decide to support the trip to AGDQ 2019.
