I like to play Amber. When I joined back in January, it was the non-competitive realm, which I liked. However, now that I have established a faction that is well-known on Amber, I like to think of it as my home on TheArchon.

SECTION B - Who are you on TheArchon

8) What has motivated you to apply for a staff position on TheArchon?
I am motivated to apply because I think I have what it takes to become staff, I have played for years now and since I've come back to Minecraft I decided I would apply. I am very dedicated to being a staff member on TheArchon and think I would be the perfect fit. I would be a great addition to the staff team and generally think I could become a better and more improved staff member over time. I am very loyal to the TheArchon since I have been playing it for so long and think I have a good shot at becoming a staff member on TheArchon.
9) If you are currently playing in a faction on The Archon, what is the faction name?
I am the Founder & Leader of Radical.
10) Have you received any punishments on TheArchon, or any other server?
I currently have a couple of mutes for Spamming, as my faction last map had a spamming war with another faction. It was immature but sometimes we all get carried away while raiding and having a good time.
11) Have you created an application before this? If so, when on what date?
I have not created an application although I do remember creating an application for TheArchon when I was 11.
12) How long have you been playing on The Archon?
I have been playing TheArchon since Rusher's episode 1 of factions. I have never played another factions server as I feel loyal to TheArchon. I loved playing it throughout my childhood and I still love to play it now, since I have come back to Minecraft.

SECTION C - Knowledge of Factions

13) On a scale from 1-10, how knowledgeable are you in factions? I'd rate myself an 8. I have learned a lot over the last few weeks as I only knew the old methods of base building, and it has changed a lot in the last four years! I'm have been trying to keep up to date with other modern aspects of factions, but now I think I have learned most of the new techniques.
14) What skill sets do you place yourself under regarding factions? (Options of Base Builder, Raider, Power Slave, PVPer, Cannoner, Leader) (Give a bit of detailed knowledge about each you think you are) I now would consider myself a Base Builder and a Leader but I'm really enjoying the PvP aspect on TheArchon right now. I love going to the end with my friends and trying to grind and defend the silverfish spawners, as well as baiting people to our massive trap. I would consider myself a Leader because I have always lead my faction in this game mode. The only time I wasn't leader was for two maps when I played in TheCampingRusher's faction. Before I joined Nameless, I lead my faction in the TN allyship with Temper, Justified, Havoc etc. I would also like to consider myself a Base Builder. I find genning walls really relaxing for some reason, and it gives me a great sense of satisfaction when you can sit back after Grace and look at all the work you've done for the week.

15) Do you know the basics of how a cannon works? If so, explain.
Cannoning isn't my strong point. I have never been a cannoner and I debated learning it when I returned in January but the Co-Leader of my faction, Endowed, is a really good cannoner so there was no need for me to learn. If this is required, he can teach me the basics.

16) How familiar are you with cheaters and or hacked client? Do you have any experience screensharing? I do know what a hacked client is and I can 90% of the time identify the cheat the player is using. I am a bit rusty with screensharing and think I would need to wrap my head around screensharing again but I think I could easily learn screensharing skills again. I am open to learning again and getting used to it again.

SECTION C - Knowledge of Skyblock

13) On a scale from 1-10, how knowledgeable are you in skyblock?
I would rate myself a 6. I know Skyblock from playing it a few years ago with my friends but once again there are new methods. I played it for the week break between the Amber reset with my faction, and it was fun. Factions is more of my thing though as it has a lot more action, and the stakes are higher!

14) What skill sets do you place yourself under regarding skyblock? (Options of Island Builder, Community Player, PVPer, Leader) (Give a bit of detailed knowledge about each you think you are) I would call myself a Leader and an Island Builder, similar to my skills in Factions. I built the whole island when playing Skyblock and gave my team jobs to try and boost our chances of being on /is top. We reached /is top 7 before Amber came out and we played there.

15) Do you know the basics of how our Island Top works? If so, explain.
Yes, I do know how Island top works. Essentially the person with the highest island level at the end of the season wins the prize for that season. Getting a higher level takes valuable blocks, spawners, and other valuable items that can be added on to the level such as hoppers. At the end of the season the player with the highest island level is shown on /is top and the top 3 usually win a prize.

SECTION D - Experience as a staff member

17) Why should we choose you to become a Staff Member?
I should be chosen as a staff member because I am unique and have a great skill set, I love TheArchon a lot and am very dedicated, loyal, and have played the server for some time now. I am very knowledgeable with Factions and can maintain multiple tasks as a staff member while still getting my time to play. I am great at managing my time and making sure I am spending time moderating the server before playing the server. I feel I am fit for the team and don't lack maturity. I am very mature and professional when it comes to being a staff member and become very serious but also not too serious so that I can be lenient and also help the players while enjoying myself. I am able to screen share as well but I am a little rusty and need to relearn the skills that I used to have. I haven't screen shared in a little while so that is mainly why I don't have the skills I did have with screen sharing. I am very dedicated to the server and I am applying to go the extra step with helping TheArchon and taking this opportunity seriously while having a good time with the present and future staff members. I am interested in becoming staff since I would love to help players out and be a role model for the existing and future players trying to apply to be a staff member. I have a very good amount of time playing TheArchon since I have played it since Rusher's episode 1 on Factions. I have stayed with TheArchon ever since and think I would be the perfect addition to the existing team. I get along well with everyone and love to help people on TheArchon. If I were to get staff me getting those extra permissions allows me to help the players out and go a step further than I have already gone by showing I am dedicated to helping and loyal to TheArchon. I am very confident and can easily learn the ways of being a staff member at TheArchon. I am very mature for my age and can act as a role model for players so they follow my example and don't break as many rules/no rules. I am very competent for my age and have the skills it takes to moderate a network of this size. I have a very calm and chill personality. I am kind, nice, and would never hesitate to help a player out. I love moderating and being the leader, hence why I have my own faction.

18) What experiences do you have with moderating a community or game? If you were staff on another server, state the server name as well as the highest rank you obtained.

I have been moderating communities for the last three years, whether it was a 150 person Twitch stream (Twitch name: Jaw) or a formal staff team. I believe I have the skills necessary to assist people efficiently with professionalism and friendliness. I have owned four Minecraft servers. I hired and managed a professional and friendly staff team, maintained an active player base of 30, solved disputes among players and staff, and focused on helping my staff team remain happy and fulfilled. I am also a member of the Student Council at my school. One of my jobs is to welcome in the new students to the school each year, give them a tour and answer their questions. Another one of my jobs is to check in with them throughout the year and survey them about their well-being and how they are settling in. It is important that my classmates are all happy and there are no incidents happen. I treat everybody equal, whether it is a new student in that situation, or a new player in this situation. One other example was when I was a Head DJ of a popular online radio (UpBeatRadio..net) I had to keep every DJ's morale high and keep them motivated to hop on and DJ 3 times a week. I had to also deal with issues with toxicity within the team. I find this similar to the role I hope to get on TheArchon.

19) Is there anything else which you would like to add? (Recommended)
 I'm a 15-year-old mature individual from Dublin, Ireland, with a background of business enthusiasm and computing science. I have been working with people and managing staff for the last two years and I have found a talent within myself. I like to help and connect with people in a friendly way, while keeping the environment professional. As of now, I'm off school and have a lot of free time. I like to keep busy so I think this will be perfect. I think I am well-skilled for this position. I am skilled at interacting with humans, and I tend to “click” with a lot of my classmates and colleagues. I am a very laid-back and relaxed person when I am away from work or school, but when I clock-in, I switch to a professional version of myself. I am very hard-working and determined, I will never leave a puzzle half-finished. I am also a quick learner, an example of this is when I built a computer at the age of twelve in three hours. I had never seen a computer part before in my life.
