  1. ** inner bearing must go half way or more on the spindle **
  2. ** WAYS to tell which bearing goes where, check OEM website, inner bearing must go half way or more on the spindle, inner bearing is always bigger than outer **

  4. Full wheel seal, rotor, pad procedure: (double nut)
  5. - Loosen caliper bolts
  6. - Loosen caliper bracket bolts (inv torx)
  7. - Remove axle shaft nuts/cones/washers
  8. - Remove axle shaft, cover splines with rags
  9. - Unbend back starred washer points
  10. - Remove outer nut, star washer, hole washer, inner nut
  11. ** must put the nuts, washers on tray same way as came out **
  12. ** mark each with a number if have to **
  13. - Remove caliper bolts, put on leaf spring
  14. - Remove caliper bracket bolts, put aside
  15. - Wire brush all bolts
  16. ** put hardware in a magnetic tray **
  17. - Wiggle hub back and forth then remove
  18. - Remove bearing and put aside DO NOT PUT BOTH BEARINGS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. PUT SEPERATE AND FAR AND MARK RIGHT AWAY
  19. - Right away look at number on bearing/put a paper or tape to identify it as outer bearing
  20. - Use brass punch to hit bearing outer race and knock out old wheel seal
  21. - Use hammer to knock out studs
  22. - Wash hub
  23. - Brake clean
  24. - Clean out where wheel seal will sit with emery cloth
  25. - Brake clean
  26. - Install new rotors with wheel lug nuts
  27. - Put hub oil inside where seal will sit
  28. - put hub oil on bearing inside out inside
  29. - install bearing AFTER making SURE that its the inner bearing
  30. - use hub oil on inner part of seal
  31. - put driver straight on seal
  32. - hold driver 1 inch from top
  33. - use bigg hammer and hit as hard as you can
  34. - use brass punch and hit driver head on all 4 corners
  35. - make sure bearing turns, make sure seal turns
  36. - use pliers and push abs sensor back
  37. - clean abs sensor with brake clean
  38. - Clean off spindle with emery cloth
  39. - Use hub oil to coat spindle
  40. - Install hub on STRAIGHT
  41. - fill hub assembly with diff oil until it starts pouring out
  42. - put outer bearing on
  43. - put inner adjusting nut on torque to specs
  44. - install hole washer with inner nut
  45. - flip hole nut if need to or loosen tighten with hand until hole washer lines up
  46. - put on star washer
  47. - put on outer nut
  48. - bend star washer in 3 spots
  49. - hit abs sensor back in with small hammer
  50. - use two clamps to put in caliper piston
  51. - install bottom of caliper first then top
  52. - MUST thread bolts in by hand as much as can
  53. - MUST use lock washers on axle shaft nuts
