- Now I now the tittle doesn't sound very interesting because it isn't. Just a simple mistake. But I could have died. I can't remember fully all of the story. Sorry if I make any errors.
- It happened when I was in secondary school in England. I think it was year 8. DT lesso. We were making a phone dock. A block of wood with a rectangle to fit the bottom of your phone with a layer of acrylic glued on top.
- To make the rectangular hole we had to use a saw with a blade you can attach and remove the blade. I can't remember the name but I think it's called a hack saw or a copping saw. I don't know why we had to use this as we had a laser cutter.
- There was a bit of wood left so I got a hammer and chisel and tried to remove the wood. But hay fever got the better of me. I sneezed and somehow cut myself with the chisel. The cut was on my wrist about a cm from the vain. Luckily it didn't cut the vain and wasn't that deep. I got sent to first aid got cleaned up and put a plaster on the cut. Sent back to lesson and that's that. I can't remember if I got a detention but I know design and technology teacher had a go at me.
