=>Added in the Damaged Thrusters sound code to every thruster.

=>Added the Atmospheric Code so they all work on Planets now.

=>Added the Spinning fan function to all the thrusters.

=>Combined the thrusters into groups based on their size to minimize G-Menu clutter.

=>Fixed several thruster flame textures being wrong and outdated- my apologies.

=>Fixed several thruster flames looking terrible and blobby.

=>Fixed the Damage ID codes being wrong and showing the wrong effects.

=>Fixed the Thruster sounds being wrong.

=>Improved the DX-11 _cm texture to make them more shiny in DX-11.

=>Shrunk the bounding boxes for the Small Ship 3x3's from 3x3x3 to 3x3x1 to fit them in tight spaces and make them easier to place.
