Don't waste time naming characters

Sleep once as soon as the gameplay begins.
You can go straight into Celia's house once you've picked all the flowers

Don't put the last flower you pick up in your bag
You'll waste time getting it out again.

Sell your cow on day three, after the heart event
Selling the cow, prevents the cow dying cutscene from happening

Eat the herb just beside your house, on the way back
Eating something, around day 8 prevents the hunger animation, which saves around 5 seconds. Eating this herb is faster than milking your cow and drinking that.

Check if Celia's already outside
Stops you from going inside her house, when she's not there.

After the cutscene that leaves you by the spring, pick a flower up from there to give to Celia
It's faster than picking up an extra flower at the beginning

Don't get Van. (Unfortunately, trying to stop this, may waste more time than just getting it)
Van opening his shop wastes around 9 seconds
