The squiggly text bubbles from the girl, just ignore them and add a note on the side saying: "SFX Bubbles: Noah crying"
Also ignore the two bubbles in last panel, it's the same thing

In the middle right bubble, it's also crying so put "SFX: Crying" to the right of it
The left bubble you should clean though. Stylize it somehow and write "Uwahhh!?"
