  1. This all assumingly follows under the 5 minute time limit, with enough action and direction for the "Galactic Conquest" feel.
  2.
  3. - Two factions, there can be more though. Preferably something imp and reb sided for in game.
  4. - A list of ALL maps possible to be played on, they will be held as faction territories once combatted over.
  5. - The two factions (or more) can be picked model-wise as specific eras, such as Republic vs Seperatist Alliance and canon-characters or custom.
  6. - This should be developed in a way to allow guest audiences upon served interest, passworded servers or moderated at the least would be fine to speculate rules.
  7. - WIP (Space Battles, how would these be handled)?
  8. -> Perhaps in another game, by AI or two common players for instance - Empire at War, Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion. Or just roll die lol?
  9. - Objectives are usually ignored, unless specified otherwise.
  10. - K/D ratio may be given more insight due to the importance of your faction hero, and placement on the map.
  11.
  12. - The DM/Campaign Coordinator/Server Owner MUST draw a battle map or use some sort of external service, such as discord.. or editors like photoshop to keep tabs.
  13.
  14. -[} The very beginning holds nothing but troopers, and one 'jedi/sith' bonus card per se. The Jedi/Sith bonus card can be saved or used immediately, DO not let them die!!
  15. -> Each faction, must place them in a location though - usually your capital territory and most well defended. (Example: Coruscant City because it has duel senate, undercity, and the upper city with objective.)
  16. -> More are gained after major milestones set in place by the "Dungeon Master" of the scenario - likely a server owner.
  17. -> Players are allowed to create names to match appearances of their characters, for roleplaying aesthetic. EX: "Jedi Sentinel Marlin"
  18.
  19. -[} Faction Virtualized Wealth, and Bonuses (WIP):
  20. - Planetary Defense Bonus, *may be purchased to have native planetary militias come to your defense for combat diversity.*
  21. - Bacta Tank Bonus, *may be purchased to allow a single additional assault/defensive attempt at a single map/planet/territory before continuing to 'end turn' by faction.*
  22. - Garrison Bonus, *may be purchased to allow more team count than the other, by a slight amount though.* <- This would be tough to enforce otherwise.
  23. -> Description: "Attention, additional troops have been foraged in the area to assist you in this battle!"
  24. - Hero Bonus, *may be purchased to roll a die/vote a ballot of an susceptible choice of a hero background for chosen team (lore-respected of course IMP/REB)*
  25. -> Alerting Description: "Attention, *name of character, class type* has arrived to assist *faction name* in battle! (two strike system alert reminder)
  26. - Sabotage Bonus, *may be purchased to disable elite (not class mind you) purchased units from entering the zone (ARC/SBD/DEKA.) Faction Heroes (not class) are exempt.* , * this prevents vehicle usage of the other side as well.*
  27. -> Alerting Description (side focused): "Attention! Our vehicles have been sabotaged!!"
  28. -> Alerting Description (clones): "Attention! The seperatists have designed a viral degeneration proxy against our strongest clones! We're going in short handed!"
  29. -> Alerting Description (seperatists): "Sorry sir, it's my programming! *All SBDs, Dekas are disabled.*"
  30.
  31. -[} Unit Types:
  32. - EVERYONE starts with a trooper, not even elite trooper. One Jedi/Sith General. Additional details may be described by server host, campaign coordinator, or DM.
  33. - Elite Trooper (IMP/REB) *X amount of credits set by DM etc..*
  34. -> And so on for respective classes. Jedi/Sith, Bounty Hunter/Hero, Mandalorian - are to be gained from the Hero Bonus, the most sought for under faction purchase.
  35. --> Clones/Arcs, SBDS and Deka depend on the 'era' but nonetheless are achievable classes for balance. Yet again, at discretion of the DM/Campaign Coordinator.
  36. --> These are to be purchased, *X amount of credits set by DM etc..*
  37.
  38. -[} Factions have a set amount of troops? (losing-winning can determine end outcome to truly ensure defeat)
  39. - Rebs/Imp side can start with 1000 troops, and maybe losing a battle can make you lose quite a nick (a set amount by DM-esque authority or server owner)
  40. -> Winning a battle can make you gain some? Or lose none at all? (shrug o/)
  41.
  42. -[} Combat and conquest over territories will be held in a Red Orchestra 2-theater esque gamemode system, similar to how theirs is handled.
  43. - Offensive Winners get to go again, but for only two more times before a defence is orchestrated by the opposing team.
  44. - Offensive Losers must suffer an attack in any of their drawn out territories closest to the enemy (can be 1, or 2 - 3)
  45. - Defensive Winners get to launch a counter-offensive.
  46. - Defensive Losers must suffer an attack from the enemy, but after the second time a counter offensive for compulsive losing teams arises.
  47.
  48. - This allows for the 'tug of war' between territories instead of flat steam rolling the enemy. The only way to do so is to deplete reinforcements of factions entirely.
  49. -> * ?? (Perhaps reinforcements can be supplied every X rounds if not depleted before forementioned??)
  50.
  51. - Battles will be held on EVERY map respective to the DM, Campaign Coordinator, or Server Owner's campaign, and correctly.
  52.
  53. -[} Records of Hero Characters (not in game class mind you) - meaning Custom allowed characters, such as Jedi, Mand, Bounty Hunters, Vigilantes (Hero Class) etc.
  54. - If they happen to become deceased after the "two strike your out" system, the character will cease to exist throughout the current campaign.
  55. -> Deceased characters can and may be used again in future campaigns, for those player stereotypes accounted for. EX: "Thrall Skull-Crusher, a bounty hunter."
  56. - Victories, losses, participated battles and any RP/lore-additional content specified, such as character descriptions.
  57. - * {Weapon Choice? Doesn't really matter.}
  58.
  59. Keep in mind this is all 'pen and paper' or stored in a discord or file document somewhere, or unless some external services online can handle this.
  60. None of this to be expected of the Movie Battles II Developer Team.
