PS3 CFW Guides: Easily Access Netflix w/o PSN

So I know there is all those guides out there and most a pain in the tush to block this and that address or needing to be in DEX mode which simply isn't needed. Only thing you need is to be QA flagged nothing more, well the latest Netlfix/Hulu app installed. So If you are QA flagged you are set if not stick with me for those that need to do this simple thing and it adds a layer of brick protection from syscon hashes ladies and gentlemen so there is no reason to not do this.

If you are not QA flagged you need to revert to 3.55 for a moment. I suggest doing this with Habib's latest downgrade PUP, 3.55 OFW PUP and Rebug Toolbox 2.01.05. So lets get all these things downloaded.

Now that we have all the needed files lets get going QA flagging your PS3 for this tutorial

1~Install Habib 3.55 downgrader from recovery mode

2~Install Rebug Toolbox

3~Start toolbox and scroll to the far right and "Enable QA Flag"

[If already QA flagged pick up the guide here please]

4~Go to the Network Settings options and press :l1: + :l2: + :l3: + :r1: + :r2: +  :dpad-down: and three new options will be enabled

5~Go to "Debug Settings" scroll down to "System Update Debug" and turn it "ON" then scroll up to "NP Environment" and type "Invalid" it will ask you to reboot do so.

6~Now install 3.55 OFW PUP from recovery to dehash your syscon after downgrade, then simply re-install your flavor of CFW.
(If previously QA flagged skip this step)

7~Install latest Netflix app via XMB

8~Attempt to log in with fake email and password, it will give DNS error and kick you right into Netflix (or Hulu but doesn't work Crackle)

9~Now enjoy your Netflix again on any CFW and no need for PSN access at all.

Note if you ever need to get back on to PSN you need to press QA flag button combo again and then changed NP Environment from "Invalid" back to "NP" then reboot and access will be restored
