  1. 0:51 - First of all, a bad habit that many Ana players get into is that they'll scope in to see what they have (which is fine), but they'll dawdle around exposing themselves. You only need to spend a little bit of time to see what they have, and then hide
  2. 1:14 - This is actually the worst position to be in if you know the enemy team has a sniper. They can kill you instantly. Always stay right up close to this building or further away from the statue. Snipers have a limited number of nests they can initially shoot from for the first point
  3. 1:22 - Do not try to snipe Widow when she's clearly aiming for you. Ever. You're in Platinum, so it's not a big deal, but later on you'll be punished hard for this
  4. 1:35 - You can scope heal Rein from the point. Scope in. Don't chase up to him and expose yourself to Widow like this
  5. 1:46 - Pointless sleep
  6. 1:50 - I probably won't repeat myself after this, but stay far back; this is a terrible position to be in. Don't be exposed to Widow, ever
  7. 1:56 - The building is a great position to be in. You don't need to exit the building
  8. 1:57 - When it comes to Genji, especially when he's critical, you should scope in because he's hard to hit and can make movement changes in midair, leading you to miss your unscoped darts
  9. 2:15 - Nitpick: Personally, I would Nano Rein here. The enemy team has no choice but to die or back off, since they don't have a Rein, and are disadvantaged by one slept enemy. Winston is a good choice too
  10. 2:29 - This was a terrible moment to Nano Rein. I understand the intention behind it: You're countering whoever it is that the enemy Ana Nano'd. Unfortunately, nobody is close enough to your Rein, and giving him Nano him means you're telling him to charge in and fight. It's hard to explain why this is a bad idea, but you'll soon see why
  11. 2:33 - You should've just tossed the nade to anti-heal the enemy Rein
  12. 2:35 - Junkrat tires are always kind of dodgy, since smart Junkrats know how to get you from outside your line of sight. The best cure is having better positioning in the first place, if you know he is on the enemy team. Makes sense, since he lobs grenades that can easily hit you at random, so you have to be abusing cover anyway
  13. 2:56 - Very good initiation for your return to the point. However, stay at the arch and scope in to heal everyone before you move in yourself, especially since you managed to sleep Zarya. The point is a very dangerous spot to be since the enemy team is fighting on it with a Rein
  14. 3:34 - Questionable nade
  15. 3:41 - I would've slept Rein here too. However, you need to anticipate that he'll likely charge in. This is how you manage to sleep him mid-charge
  16. 3:47 - Theoretically, there could've been a *chance* that Genji wouldn't have seen you if you hugged the left wall of the arch ASAP and backed off. Just a chance though
  17. 4:34 - Bad habit; don't fire shots for no reason
  18. 4:53 - This is bad for your team. The entire team is caught in the Graviton they're surrounded. Luckily, your nade managed to both burst and anti the entire fight, which swayed it in your favour
  19. 5:01 - You do NOT need to go in. Stay where you were before
  20. 5:04 - Now is when you Nano Rein
  21. 5:06 - Now is NOT when you Nano Rein. Also Nano him when he's upclose to an enemy, never too far away
  22. 5:12 - Nitpick: I would scope in to heal Genji here. It's safe to do so
  23. 5:28 - You can actually hold at the payload. The enemy team burnt their Graviton already, which means the only thing going for them is probably a Junkrat tire and a Genji blade. In lower ranks like Platinum, nobody ever flanks top or left without being blatantly obvious. You're giving them free distance
  24. 5:45 - Bad dart. You clearly saw the bubble
  25. 5:57 - Slight tunnel vision. Ignore the Rein v Rein fight; the enemy Rein is doomed. Focus on the payload first in case there's anyone left
  26. 6:00 - I don't think I need to say what's wrong about these two shots
  27. 6:06 - Again, bad habits. Don't shoot blanks
  28. 6:13 - Winston is yellow but you ignore him
  29. 6:23 - At this distance, you can run *very* far back since Genji's too far from you and doesn't have his Swift Strike anymore
  30. 6:33 - Poor positioning. Stay behind Rein
  31. 6:35 - You didn't nade the two Reins here
  32. 6:49 - You clearly hear the tire. Hide in the alley
  33. 6:55 - Pointless nade
  34. 7:10 - The enemy Rein is too close to you and your Rein. Either stay inside the building and anti-heal both if the enemy Rein makes a move, or quickly head out and back into the alley to your right
  35. 7:12 - Do NOT head to your Winston
  36. 7:15 - Just because Genji has Dragonblade doesn't mean you need to get into a position to Nano him. Your own safety comes first. In this situation, Nano Winston is the best choice, and you could've done it the second you saw him surrounded by everyone.
  37. 8:10 - Nitpick: You could've Nano'd Winston a bit earlier so that the enemy team wouldn't have contested the payload as easily
  38. 8:14 - It's really pointless to shoot D.Va right now
  39. 8:44 - Wasn't the greatest run to to cover; you could've shaved off a little by walking a straight line instead of diagonal
  40. 8:56 - Stop shooting blanks
  41. 9:07 - Stand near the building, peek out, and scope in from this distance
  42. 9:14 - You could've avoided this is you just stayed near the building. Also, your Rein's anti'd; there's no point to persist. Keep a distance
  43. 9:27 - Again, stay further back, especially since your team's basically dead
  44. 9:32 - Bad sleep. When Tracer is Nano'd, she's usually forced to panic chase targets to get value out of it. This makes her slightly more subseptible to being slept, since she won't blink as often. Wait until she's static, then sleep her
  45. 9:34 - As you can see, she stands here for 1-2 seconds before blinking away
  46. 9:37 - Bad tunnel vision. Rein's anti'd. Just move back and wait it out
  47. 9:39 - Questionable DPS decision when you're down on numbers
  48. 9:45 - It's almost always futile to try to throw an anti nade AT Tracer. It's really only accurate when she tries to zip in close to you and you nade both you and her together with a ground splash
  49. 9:47 - Keep teammates alive; ignore Tracer. Your unscoped shots will basically never hit her unless it's point blank
  50. 9:51 - Questionable sleep, and you're tunnel visioning for no reason
  51. 9:54 - Absolute no. Stay with your Rein and ignore Genji
  52. 9:59 - No, no, no. You already missed the window to Nano Genji. Let him use it normally, and focus on the payload fight
  53. 10:01 - Heal up your critical teammate first; your Rein will handle the enemy on the ground
  54. 10:15 - Nitpick: Just stay on the payload in the rare case somebody does reach it to contest
  55. 12:15 - Never go out first; stay behind your team
  56. 12:16 - Useless nade. If you're going to do it, throw it at the statue to splash onto Rein
  57. 12:19 - No point shooting Rein shield; and a pointless sleep
  58. 12:30 - It's better to stay near the choke and scope pocket heal Winston. You can get easier visibility by turning left after you heal him up
  59. 12:35 - You could've seen the Rein charge if you had stayed at the choke
  60. 12:36 - You missed the window to sleep the Rein; don't do it now
  61. 12:39 - No. Go back to the choke; this fight's over. Rein's critical outside of your line of sight, and the only one on the front line is a Lucio. You're essentially feeding for no reason and potentially staggering yourself
  62. 12:44 - Go back to choke. What are you doing?
  63. 12:58 - Useless nade
  64. 13:02 - Don't chase the D.Va. Either regroup with your Rein, or hold this high ground without revealing yourself and wait for your team to push
  65. 13:06 - Prepare to Nano Winston
  66. 13:12 - Nano Winston, he jumped to point
  67. 13:13 - Do not chase in just to heal Winston like this. You have literally no backup since your Rein isn't pushing in. Stay at a distance to scope heal
  68. 13:18 - No. You have no idea what's going on with your team. Move back behind Rein
  69. 13:23 - If you're going to persist with this bad play, Nano Rein now to add pressure. You do it a bit later, but it should've been done earlier
  70. 13:27 - Don't go to the building to the left. Simply stay near the statue in this case and scope heal your teammates at the arch
  71. 13:31 - Abort healing; hide from the tire
  72. 13:35 - Really not the greatest nade. I know you're trying to hit your Winston, but scope healing would've been the better choice since he's in a somewhat dodgy situation
  73. 13:36 - Keep staring at your Winston; don't look to the right. He's not healed up yet
  74. 13:39 - Really not the greatest idea to DPS right now. You should've moved to the right of the statue and still scope healed Winston, or went through the building to the left much sooner
  75. 13:45 - I'd sleep someone for this fight to disorient them
  76. 13:48 - Not the greatest idea to stay close to the arch. Gradually move back to the statue so your back's not facing the enemy
  77. 14:04 - Pointless nade
  78. 14:05 - Bad sleep
  79. 14:14 - Pointless darts
  80. 14:17 - Scope heal at this range
  81. 14:23 - Pointless sleep, and generally, don't sleep D.Vas
  82. 14:25 - Again, scope pocket heal Winston
  83. 14:31 - You should've only shot one dart at Genji. It's a minor tunnel vision
  84. 14:33 - Stay with the payload, not in front of Rein
  85. 14:43 - Nitpick: Rein should always be your #1 sleep target. If you had known this beforehand as a general rule, you wouldn't have been confused trying to pick a target now
  86. 14:55 - Not the greatest idea to keep contesting the payload; you should've ran after Rein died and the D.Va ult went off
  87. 15:21 - Be prepared to Nano Winston whenever you can
  88. 15:26 - Immediately tell your team that Pharah's asleep behind. You wasted time just waving
  89. 15:36 - You're panicking because of the Pharah hunting you, and you meaninglessly expose yourself into danger after your team's basically dead, plus you panic throw a nade for no reason
  90. 17:03 - Rein died. Back off.
  91. 17:08 - You manage to sleep the Pharah here with a bit of luck, but in the likely that you would've missed, you would've died and staggered this next fight, allowing their team to return and forcing your team to fight with only a Lucio healing. Not the greatest decision because of the huge possibility of missing. Keep in mind that your Rein being alive or dead dictates whether a push is worthwhile or not, and a Winston who is in Primal Rage really can't do a whole lot to shield your team
  92. 17:15 - Pointless DPS. Stay behind the payload and pay attention to your team
  93. 17:18 - You could've slept Rein here if you stayed a bit back
  94. 17:30 - Nitpick: Scope pocket heal is slightly better here because you completely remove the chance of any unscoped dart missing the Winston. You're in no danger and the payload's not miles away so there's no worry of moving slow
  95. 17:38 - Questionable sleep
  96. 17:48 - Should've Nano'd Rein as soon as Lucio dropped the beat. You could've won this fight a lot easier than this
  97. 17:50 - You don't need to move in to heal Rein
  98. 17:53 - Move back; you can't see the rest of your team
  99. 18:05 - Move very far back, only Winston's alive on the front lines
  100. -------------------
  101. Additional Remarks
  102. - Follow the Golden Rule: Always make sure you can see at least three teammates on your screen at all times. If you can't, chances are, you're pushing too far forward.
  103. - You've definitely got the mechanics down for Ana's kit, but one thing you're not doing is being more flexible with your Nano. You're constantly hellbent on saving it for Nano Blade, which is great, but it's causing you to not Nano anyone during opportunities where you have the advantage, and also causing you to walk right up into danger just to make sure you land it on Genji. Try reading my Nano Usage tips and apply them to your game.
  104. - Scope heal a lot more. There were plenty of times where you were safe enough to do it, but you still insisted on unscoped healing.
