Rules and Other Boring Things.
Participating in a giveaway means that you agree and consent to all of the below rules.
1. Giveaways will be announced during the stream they will be done in. No prior notice.
2. Giveaways are limited to followers of the channel.
3. Prize winners will be determined through Nightbot.  Actual prizes are determined through www.wheeldecide.com
4. Winners in the contiguous 48 US States will receive the listed prizes without question. I will attempt to provide these prizes to winners in other nations or overseas, but I reserve the right to instead provide the estimated cash value of the prize through Paypal or other reasonable methods.
5. Estimated cash value is provided in USD. If an overseas winner receives cash, they will win their prize in USD (IE: If the USD is weaker than the Euro, a winner of a $5.00 prize will not receive 5 Euros)
6. No exchanges or alternatives for prizes are to be considered.
6a. As an exception to the above rule, if someone has demonstrated a confirmed inability to make use of a product they may substitute for a similar product or lesser product. IE: A person who is vegetarian and wins Jerky XP may request GFuel, and someone with a caffeine sensitivity can request a gift card.
7. Winners of EGiftcards must provide a valid email address in order to receive their prize. Winners of physical prizes must provide a valid mailing address in order to receive their prize. Winners have up to 1 week to provide valid information through Twitch, Twitter, or Discord (Dangodofthunder#3409). Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all prizes.
8. I reserve the right to change the rules or prizes offered at any time with or without advance notice.
