INTERLUDE

The sky is clear. The sun is bright.

You are fully energized.

You are warm, my gosh….

“Where am I? Ponyville still?” You ask.

“Walk around a bit.”

“Ok, why not?” you respond. You press forward a bit. Ponyville seems empty. You feel like you can do whatever you want!!!!!!......

“But you can’t.”

“Sure I can! Who’s going to stop me?” you say bravely.

“That’s just it, Anon. Who’s going to stop you?”

You stop in place. The sky fades to black. The scenery around you melts into the ground.

In front of you is Rainbow Dash.

“Rainbow! I’m so happy to-“ You run to see her. But… it’s not her. Well, not the same her.

Her mane is faded, her eyes shut.

“If I never see you again, it’ll be too soon.” She says to you.

“What? Rainbow…” you say.

“I NEVER want to see you again! DO YOU HEAR ME!?” she shouts. Her words pierce your heart. “LEAVE. I should have never trusted you, Anon.”

“Rainbow!” you yell, reaching for her.

But you just get farther away. She fades into the sky, along with everything else.

“No… Rainbow…”

“This is what will happen, Anon. Unless you give up now.”

You fall to the ground and clench your throat.

“Give up.”

Your eyes snap open. Your scan the room quickly. Everything is back to normal. You sit up. You hear a gentle snore next to you. You look and see Rainbow Dash, fast asleep. Pinkie fell asleep at the doorway.

You get up slowly from the bed. You walk into the hallway and head downstairs. It is very dark inside. You fumble around to find a light source of some kind.

You walk further in the darkness until you stumble and fall to the ground.
“Ugh…” you say. Suddenly the room is illuminated by a purple aura.

You look up and see a purple mare.

“We meet again, Anon…” Says the familiar voice of Twilight Sparkle.
