Thanks Conchita. I will briefly talk about some of the insights and ideas we gained from the CIE sessions and exercises.
The mind map showed us how our background research, interviews, ideation all relate to each other.
It showed us the big picture and it also gave us the idea for validating our solution through surveys.
In the Temporal sequencing exercise, we looked at innovation before and after the use of our solution; we would not have thought about these parts otherwise.
For before: we thought of promoting our solution through endorsements by celebrities or health companies
For after: we thought of connecting our users through a community or online forum
We also looked at some of the 10 types of innovation, For network: we thought of a peer-support network with aged care facilities.
We also had a long brainstorming session where we used our data and insights to generate further insights and solution ideas. We had distinct categories such as data collection, user interface with a focus on compliance and a network community, which were all major themes from our interviews.
So all of these, with the interviews, were the data and exercises we did that underlies our proposed solution which James will now talk about.
