  10. (Free Racial) Changeling Flight You have thin gossamer wings which allow you to fly unencumbered but somewhat slower than other races. This is about as taxing as running at full speed.
  11. (Free Racial) Shapeshifting: spell, recharge 3; A Changeling can imitate almost anything the same size as itself. This acts as disguise, but can copy any specific person/object on success, with higher success rolls giving better quality to the shapeshift. The disguise is removed when knocked helpless, rolling a critical failure when attacking, or when dispelled by magic. Purchasing the disguise skill causes this ability to autocrit , but you cannot benefit from it otherwise. Changelings can tell each other apart via pheromones and can automatically see through any disguise you use.
  12. (Racial) Evil Twin: passive; There is a magic connection to appearances that Changelings are able to tap into. Looking like an individual makes them stronger when fighting that individual. You receive a bonus to rolls made against anyone whose identity you are assuming. +1 if it’s a general category of people(e.g. military, police, royal guard)and +2 if it’s a specific person.
  13. (Free Multiclass) Innocent: passive; appear unimportant, uninteresting and generally like a forgettable bystander. Unless you are caught doing something illegal, you will at most be escorted outside, but more likely you'll just be ignored by guards and the like
  14. (Class) Disguise: Pretends to be someone else. Min 6+ allows the user to pass as a generic person (a guard, a noble, a commoner, etc); 8+ allows the user to pass as a specific person; a crit allows the user to mimic different races and/or genders.
  15. (Class) Blind: recharge 1 after effect ends; temporarily blinds an enemy, giving a +2 bonus to all rolls targeting it for 2 turns

  23. Conscience is a male changeling. His chitin is a dim grey, with both eyes and wings pure white. Conscience is a vigilante. In his past, Conscience was just another drone in a changeling hive (sans his odd pigmentation). However, as time progressed and he grew, his willpower overpowered the hivemind that filled all changelings, and he broke free from the hive, becoming his own person. He took the disguise of a small abandoned child and was taken pity on by the elderly owner of a comic book store. There he learned of comic book superheros, and resolved to become a force of good upon the world, taking the name 'Conscience' and taking to the streets. There, he disguised as evil doers and faced the actual one with an ultimatum: Listen to their Conscience, or be overtaken by it. The city life was not enough for Conscience, however, and took to adventuring, illusions of grandeur powering him to go far and to fight so-called evil-doers.
