  207. Black Lotus shuts down enemy Radars from a distance, resetting shroud for the enemy
  208. If a Spy Satellite is targeted it will be instantly destroyed
  209.  
  210. 11. Neutron Missile

  212. Replaces the Scud Storm
  213. Launches a missile towards the target area to deal massive damage
  214. The missile has a chance to neutralise enemy vehicles in the area
