  1. Donating to charity is a personal and private matter. Most people give quietly, without any hidden motivation; but the process of donating is ridden with several problems.
  2.
  3. <Notes: first sentence broken with a period since it's introducing the topic, doesn't seen to be connected to the rest. A semicolon is used to separate the fact that most people give quietly, from the separate but related concept that the process of donating has issues).>>
  4.
  5. Bureaucracy is one of the important hindrance; the process of management, collecting, sending money and confirming projects of other private charity cost the organizations a lot of time, money and additional effort; and the bureaucracy behind the way in which money should be given make the donation unnecessarily slow and the donator not comfortable. another problem is transferring money; like how to transfer money cheap and safely to the employs in foreign countries. Trust issues are the most important reasons why some people don’t donate, because the money is hardly traceable; they don’t trust charities and the most common question is how much of our donations go to charity. last but not least is that the donation of time and work instead of money is more useful in the opinion of some people.

  7. Bureaucracy is one of the important hindrances. The process of managing, collecting and sending money has many regulations which limit the way in which money can be given, making the donation unnecessarily slow and the donator uncomfortable. Where applicable, confirming the projects of other private charities cost the organizations a lot of time, money and additional effort.

  9. <<Split the original paragraph in two. The first sentence talks about the limits placed by bureaucracy on the handling of money. The second sentence details the extra burden of confirming projects with other entities. The original paragraph mixes both things together and it becomes hard to follow.>>
  10.
  11. Another problem is transferring money safely and with minimum fees to the care of recipients in foreign countries. Because the money often cannot be traced to a destination,
  12. donators cannot verify how much of their donation actually goes to charity; this creates trust issues, an important reason why some people don't donate. A separate but often related issue is that the donation of time and work is seen as more valuable and useful, as well as giving the donator piece of mind that their effort is having an effect.
  13.
  14. <<Used "with minimum fees" instead of "cheaply", since the word is not very professional. I used "care" instead of "employ" since that word just doesn't seem to fit there. Note that I broke this into another paragraph in order for it to flow better; it's some heavy rewording>>
  15.
  16. The new Blockchain Technology and the idea of smart contracts could provide a solution for those problems and optimize the donation process.
  17.
  18. <<Smart contracts; only contracts is plural, since smart is an adjective. Optimize doesn't need "to".>>
