Dear Hard Luck Woman:  We live in Las Vegas, NV, in a very racially diverse neighborhood.  We are white.  Our children have always gone to school with children of many different races and backgrounds.  We have never had a reason to complain.  Our Latino neighbors are good family people who love their kids.  What more could we ask for?  As a matter of fact, we would even welcome a Romanian family in our neighborhood.  Lighten up!
