Scene 1: Finding a perfect place to cultivate

"Haaahh.."

"Haaah.."

Heavy breathing could be heard as Neklous heaved in and out as he tried to catch his breath. In order to find a suitable place to finally begin his 'closed doors cultivation' he had climbed up one of the tallest mountains in Esshar and finally reached the top of its snowy peaks. Although cold, this mountain peak would isolate him from all distractions and most importantly the world.

*Pahhhh*

The sound of an heavy object hitting the snow covered ground resounded all throughout the small mountain peak. This was due to Neklous stretching all his limbs horizontally as if he were about to do a jumping jack and slowly allowing himself to fall down towards the snow bed beneath him.

"I should start soon.." Neklous said, reminding himself indirectly for what he came here for. There were millions of other places Neklous could have chosen but he had chosen this snowy peak. He had chosen this place more than for its aspect of isolation but also due to it being located high up in the mountain where the sense of time almost ceased to exist.

 Being this high up in the snowy mountain, nothing but altostratus clouds surrounded him which were formed from constant snowfall. These clouds were nothing special to normal people as they were considered 'boring' but to Neklous they were highly priced for their ability to block out the sunlight. Being under these clouds basically was akin to being in a constant 'gray world'. Some people even exaggerated this occurrence to be the so quote 'spirit world' on Esshar.

A cave also was one of his top choices as it lacked a sense of time yet Neklous refrained from going there as the caves were often frequently raided for ore by adventurers. If someone caught him in a deep coma-like cultivating state, it would be bad as he would be left defenseless and vulnerable.

There also was another aspect of the caves being too dark. Here on the snowy peaks, Neklous could occasionally see the concepts of time everywhere due to its wintery state. From dormant and dead-like trees to footprints and animals in hibernations, Neklous could make out the concepts of time all around him.

"Sluuuuuurpp!"

Slurping sounds could be heard within the distance as Neklous had gotten into a meditative state and pulled out a bowl of stir fry he had bought along the way here.

"Can't begin cultivating on an empty stomach.."

Among other things that he bought along the way was a tent full of warm covers to keep warm as well as his trusty sword and partner just in case he ran into any trouble that awakened him from his cultivation.

After 20mins pasted Neklous could no longer be seen devouring a bowl of stir fry or doing any particular movements at all. He sat in the snow covered ground in his fur clothing while meditating in a monk-like fashion. The amount of time he would sit there would be unknown as he had quickly closed off his 5 senses and sunken into a comatose-like state.
