Any% Glitchless 1.05/1.10 [Drangleic Sword]

This is a condensed version of Oginam's (http://twitch.tv/oginam) route. A few minor changes have been made. As usual, the efficiency of any changes have not been verified.

* explorer / ascetic
* kill maughlin, get soul, herald, bonfire
* toss out rags, use soul while opening FOFG
* put on tseldora, urn hollow in corridor
* [MEL] CLUB, KEY, KILL + GET RING
* grab arrows before giant
--- GIANT (ooze/club) ---

* pop soul on elevator, do fancy jump
--- PURSUER (roll) ---

* drop down and grab drangleic sword
* run back up to pursuer
* travel to bastille + warp back to majula
* herald, door, bonfire, herald, percy soul
* [LEN] RAPIER, 6 SHARDS, RAPIER +3
>> 12 DEX, END until 10-11k left <<
* [CAT] CAT RING, 4 BONE, MAX SKULLS
* unequip weapon and drop into pit
* lizard, fancy drop, lifegems, branch, etc
* grab 2nd bonfire in gulch
--- ROTTEN (ooze/rapier) ---

* go into DLC, do the usual stuff
* then do THIS:
  1. SKULL into lowered area
  2. run to chest, turn around, shoot switch
  3. SKULL into lowered area
  4. open chest, get ascetic
  5. SKULL again if needed (optional)
  6. open alcove chest, titanite
* get titanite on spikes
* get flynn's ring
* go into puzzling sword room and do THIS:
  1. hug wall and grab item on stairs
  2. jump over spear guy at bottom
  3. SKULL into upper area or left chest
  4. get twinkling from right chest
  5. SKULL again

* travel back to majula
* [LEN] SWORD +4, RAPIER +4
>> 13 STR, 24 DEX, REST IN END <<
* head to shaded woods bonfire, get bone
* kill rosabeth with tseldora set on
* use the other soul while waiting for door
* get woods bonfire, grab RTSR
* [VEN] 10-12 GPR

* head straight to Sentinels

* run to the ascetic, pop soul at gate
* drop down and grab ascetic
--- BONE OUT, TRAVEL TO GULCH ---

* ascetic bonfire, kill rotten x3 (RTSR)
* bone out each time
--- TRAVEL BACK TO MAJULA ---

* use any extra souls you might have
>> 40 END, 40 DEX, 10 VGR, REST in STR/DEX <<
* head to Drangleic Castle, souls don't matter now
