- I'll try to do as best as I can with this since I'm not all too good with putting my thoughts on paper.
- Well what else can I really say about these past two weeks other than holy fuck.
- I'll start by talking a bit about pre-GDQ. Pre-GDQ was honestly one of the best experiences of my life, getting to hang around with online people I've known for so long was a blast. sure the zoo as well as our walk around the monuments was kinda cold and miserable (let alone the metro) but having people around that i know and love really brought the experience together. The nights in which we streamed were a blast; it was both strange and kinda fun having zero filter even on a stream, (shout outs to Grant screaming all the time), also special shout outs to Ty and Mart, I really felt like i got a lot closer to you two over everyone else. Overall the condo was a great experience that i would do again in a heartbeat.
- I honestly have no idea to start with AGDQ itself. A good word to describe the entire event would probably be hectic. don't get me wrong when I say this; I absolutely loved seeing so many people that i know from online, but groups felt a little cramped and it felt like alcohol controlled our nightly events a little TOO much. I can agree with all the people saying that the experience was a bit less than they hoped it would be, since I would probably say myself that I enjoyed SGDQ 2016 over this AGDQ. but enough being a downer, HOLY SHIT 30+ PEOPLE. All of you guys were great and I couldn't be happier to meet all of you guys, especially whitepaaws and ahbeef for hanging out with me all the time during the dead hours in the night.
- I wasn't really sure how this would turn out to me as a whole as an event since I feel like I've been drifting away from the sprash community, which is similar with what has happened in the past to me in real life. At times I did really feel out of place, (mostly around the night that Natty, Grant, and Parso got plastered), but overall I feel like this was a very worthwhile experience for myself to go through. I couldn't have been happier to see all of you guys.
- I'll probably try to do a Q&A stream before I go back to college on January 23rd, so if anybody has anything they want to ask, fire away then.
- TL;DR: Pre-GDQ was fucking sick, AGDQ was fun but a bit overwhelming.
