Left the hospital on my initial visit. After seeing two nurses I didn’t get their name, but I will be more attentive now due to being prescribed something and told to leave without actually being given any discharge paperwork or even seeing the doctor allow them to basically freestyle anything, but today is the same day that I left of my own solution and came back after they had taken me off, so this was the first time, and every other time has been me just leaving without people giving me discharge Papers to freestyle any reason for why I left since no one would know and they could just say I left by myself so now I’m gonna have to just record myself every time I go to the hospital or anytime. I enter a building in case people are trying to fuck with me .

Whoever offered me food, I refused it because they’re forcing the homeless idea over everything for a reason why I’m trying to request services as opposed to taking my medical injury. Seriously they want to force the narrative that they’ve been induced from recreational drug use when all I do is smoke, my marijuana vape pen on routine.
I don’t know I keep speaking proper coherent, structured sentences and miscommunications and misunderstanding still keep happening, so I’m gonna have to try to record every communication. I have to make sure I can isolate myself and only vouch for myself as being the one who didn’t cause the problem since I don’t get why people keep acting like I forgot about what I just finished Telling them how can I abuse resources if they do and provide me any assistance or health it’s like you failed to give me any resources for me to take advantage of in the first place, basically wasted your own time without giving me the assistance I actually needed I don’t have anything to even confirm. Did they told me they could just bullshit everything under a false delusion so fuck that
Yeah, trying to make it seem like my anxiety causes problems. Other than just a weird breathing pattern is gonna be awesome to hear on the recording. I’m just gonna say I’m anxious. Going to breathe weird fix my breathing and then continue with my sentence. Why did people think there’s something to worry about as if there’s been a problem when there’s never been an issue before why would there be one now, yeah there’s some bullshit going on somewhere else find it. I just gotta keep telling em that there’s bullshit around.
